The food was delicious. It was great to have tasty vegan options. My kids loved the vegan deserts that were offered that day. The vegan calzone was great and very filling I saved half for my lunch the next day and it was just as good. Looking forward to trying the weekend brunch next
I tried out Humble Wood Fire’s pizza trailer at Depot Park when my sister came to visit Gainesville. She had been following their Instagram and wanted to get it. I ordered the Greek pizza, which included kalamata olives, feta, pepperoncini, mozzarella, and red onion. Best garlic knots ever. Beware though, the garlic will stay will you for days, so if you love garlic, definitely buy these. I’m from NY and I haven’t had garlic knots this good since I was home.
