I don’t plan on coming back lol customer service is a hit or miss and they messed my order up twice in one night didn’t say sorry or nothing I’m mean I got my money back but I wanted my food another one bites the dust

Ordered a meat lover pizza and added mushroom through Uber eats. All I received was a mushroom and cheese pizza. Called to see if I could get it replace and go pick it up, but the lady who answered apparently had an attitude and didn't want to do her job. So instead of fixing their mistake from not being able to read the ticket right. I was hung up on.

This place has the worst delivery driver. Told us to google the address for the Ronald McDonald house where we are staying, hung up on us twice and took the pizza back to the restaurant. My husband got to the restaurant to pick up our pizza after she was so incredibly rude and she caused a scene inside the restaurant yelling and cussing. Obviously if we’re at the Ronald McDonald house there’s something by n bigger going on than pizza and there is no reason to be rude and disrespectful. I hope this gets to corporate

I give them 5 stars even though there was a set back due to something that was out of their control and DoorDash took an 1 1/2 to deliver my food and my that time I just asked them to let me pick it up! Nicole was so willing to help and even took some things off due to the wait and was so kind to even remake the pizza for me great atmosphere!

I've never been to a bad Hungry Howies !!! They are always super cool and make the best Pizza !!!!! This location is no different

Always come to this location specifically. Food is always accurate, fast, and staff has always been friendly. Prices are great especially when you can utilize the coupons. Tonight I got a large pizza, a large sub, and cinnamon sticks for under $25

order was made wrong, and a very kind manager put a remake on my account since the restaurant was closing in half an hour and they didn’t have anyone to send out to deliver the correct food. when i called back today trying to use the remake, they told me i still had to reach the $13 minimum to get it delivered. i don’t agree with this, but fine, whatever. when my boyfriend got home from work and i actually had the ability to go pick the food up, i called again to place the order and was told that the manager i had spoken to earlier today said i already used the remake… even though i didnt! i don’t appreciate giving my money to lying thieves, so this company will never get business from me again. its sad to see what this company has become, it was a very respectable business before covid.

This store doesn't work, it's in archer rd next to t mobile, they should close or change the staff for several reasons there are already several occasions that I ask for a product and they give me a totally different one, also when I complained today, April 12, 2025, one of the people who attends, treated me super badly yelling at me and telling me that if I don't hear it too that same person grabbed it no matter and without checking my order I take it off abruptly and throwing it against the garbage and saying that he was not going to give me the pizza I really ordered it also happened that I found multiple hairs on my pizza, that can cause some disease, PLEASE CHECK YOUR STAFF AND STORE

My delivery driver was very rude. Kept cursing. Definitely last time I'll order from hungry howie's.

Picking up a Doordash order here & they refused to let me use the restroom. This place sucks. Their staff sucks.

I order here all the time, the store is very clean. recommend pick up/ dine in, delivery sometimes go through doordash which always sucks and to be honest is their only flaw but management is very kind!
