Picking up a Doordash order here & they refused to let me use the restroom. This place sucks. Their staff sucks.

I order here all the time, the store is very clean. recommend pick up/ dine in, delivery sometimes go through doordash which always sucks and to be honest is their only flaw but management is very kind!

Placed my order at 12:04 it’s now 1:11 am still no pizza this is not the first time and that’s why I’m leaving a review. Very horrible delivery service. Just cut delivery out completely and you wouldn’t have so many 1 star reviews.

Do not order delivery from here. 2 lg pepperoni pizzas and a bacon pizza ordered it between 530 and 550pm. Im still waiting on my food. And its 7 pm had to call the store for them to tell me it was undeliverable. Even though i spend 40 to 50 dollars with you weekly. Im over the rude employees telling me i didn't put a lot number when i did. And even put it as fate code just to be sure they got it. This has been an issue for at least 6 months, if not more. I buy pizza weekly from you and have for 23 years. But at this point, i think this will be my last time ordering with howies. A few of my friends have had the same experience with the app and the employees of this store. The sad part is i love howies that why i buy it weekly. But now, at this point, im calling corprate tomorrow about my almost 2 hour wait for 3 pizzas. And dont know if i will ever order from here again other than my 2 free pizzas from points cus i buy a lot ofpizzasa from you

This is the cleanest pizza spot in Gainesville. Staff is Happy and helpful, I never wait more than 15 minutes on a Friday night. I am a nurse and I get my sub the same time every week. Nicole knows me and greets me as soon as I walk in. Alex has also been very helpful. Thanks for being consistent Howies!

My favorite pizxa place. Their flavored crust is thr bomb . Service was helpful and friendly with everyone using my name to address me . Price has creeped up over the years but still a decent value. The locatikns i have.visited wwre all.locally.owned

I’m here twice a week. Wacky Wednesday after work for my sub and Friday night with the family. I love the food and Nicole always takes care of me because my English es not the best, even when they are slammed she will see me and come right to help us. Thank you Señiorita Nicole and staff ??

I was a walk-in. My order was number 54 at 4:56 PM. There were three people working. They were the nicest employees I’ve ever met at a hungry Howies. The thing that impressed me the most is how immaculate and clean the place is. I only waited 10 minutes. The pizza was delicious. I don’t know why there are so many bad reviews on the one girl because she was very kind and very nice. I will be going back probably on a weekly basis. This is by far the cleanest and best pizza place in Gainesville.

Parking: Plenty of parking. You don’t have Worry about being towed away either.

Kid-friendliness: Your kids will love their pizza. I personally got the large three cheese with a butter cheese crust.

Wings were uncooked.The bread for the pizza was dried. it taste as if the pizza went through the oven multiple times.

Always enjoy this place no matter where I travel in the many places I visit. Can be a pain to get out of the parking lot and streets just due to all the traffic. Especially on weekends.
