The cashier is some rude black woman who says they’re closed when it’s 11:45pm. When I asked for them to at least make a small pizza, she started yelling and cursing. This person is awful, gives the company a bad name, and if the company does not do some reevaluating of who they hire, they will inevitably lose business.

kind staff. I was running ten min late to pick up my online order and it was past closed. they def could have refused my order but they didn’t, and also made sure I had all the toppings and condiments I could want. Pizza is good as always.!

If I could give this Hungry Howies on Archer Road Negative Stars I would.We ordered a Mac & Cheese Pizza and 2 Liter Pepsi for our Sons Birthday but the Driver shows up without adequate change for 2 twenty Dollar bills on a $21.50 order...he suggested we pay $30 since he had 10 one dollar bills.How Clueless could someone be?You're willing for us to lose money and you not get a tip because you don't have change....well he refused our food and wasted our time our son was extremely disappointed but I'm letting him make his own REAL MAC N CHEESE PIZZA.

Please update your call center Menu Accessibility, it's frustrating to order through the call center & they can't give me the crust I want. So I have to call the store to place my order.Once I call the store they just forward me back to the call center. I walked in after being transfer back & forth and the Manager, James acts clueless and tells me he's too busy to take my order on the phone. So How am I to get What I want?Hungry howies You have to do BETTER, update your call center Menu & the online menu. I'm going to Papa Johns, ASAP.

I called the store to place my order because I had specific instructions I needed to relay to a person and not an answering service or online no room for extended instructions. When the girl answered the phone I said I wanted to place an order and before I could explain why I needed to speak to a human being instead of online or the call center (that always messes up the order) she hurried up and hunh up sfter saying call the call center. Plus, it was so loud in the background. How rude & unprofessional. People who don't wanna work need to stay home instead of applying to work in these folks establishment to be lazy. I actually had stopped eating here over a Year ago because the employees were always so hood, mean and ratchet but thought I could fill my craving and thought hmmm maybe they'd have a better new breed of employees with better attitudes...guess NOT. Pizza Hut it is!✌? Nobody out pizzas the Hut OBVIOUSLY ?
