Just left BTW on 39th with a SUV full of players. Thought we would treat the team but unfortunately staff wouldn't honor the GCM. Very disappointing for all the kids after putting in two hours of work. Even after showing and reading staff the GCM I was advised that they weren't able to do that. Hopefully it is just an issue of misinformed staff as I would hate to think anything else

Had never been here before but I received a discount code so I tried it. I got the GF bun with BTW burger and fries. The fries were soft but dark…I don’t understand that except maybe the grease wasn’t too fresh? I blame the tasteless burger on the GF bun so I will try again and just order a bunless burger. I took my friend’s elderly mom and she said her burger was good. So I will try again.
I’m glad I went at 6 on Monday evening. I think it could be louder any other time. Counter service was polite and we didn’t have a long wait. I’m not giving up yet…
Dietary restrictions: GF bun but pretty tasteless. Better to go bunless…

I have been here twice. Sadly today today is the last time going there. Food is really amazing and staff is great. However I am always very pressed for time and usually don't have any to waste especially during the day. I had a doctor's appt near by for my husband and decided seeing as how we were so close we would stop here for lunch. We got out of doctors earlier then expected. We got here at 10:40 hours open are from 11 -9 so we decided instead of going somewhere else and because we like the food so much last time we would wait. However at 11:05 they still had not opened. Even though there were people walking around inside and they were getting a delivery in side doors. At 11:10 we ended up leaving and deciding this will be our last time back. No one even bothered to pay attention enough to come let let us know if it would be a couple more minutes. Nothing. All I can say for anybody that wants to go here call ahead. Add on after feedback- if one dorr is locked and only on is open there should really be a sign up. Along with this you had decorations that had fallen over in front of your other door. I am sorry but a customer should not have to think let me try every door. Oh right after I move the decorations out of the way. Especially when they came through that same door before without an issue.

They have gluten free buns but fires are cooked in a shared fryer and no chip options. Kitchen is shared so not 100% gluten free. They have Nutrl vodka seltzers and soda.

This was our first experience with this place. Overall it wasn't bad. It just wasn't what i expected. The burger my husband ordered was cold. We didn't say anything we just took the food home and heated it up in the microwave. The staff was super friendly though.

Ordered take out for a burger, fry, and drink. Waited 20 minutes for the waiter to finally realize the food was ready. The burger was okay, the fries were lukewarm. Staff does not have a good attitude and are not attentive.

First time going to BTW, food was good. The nice gentleman going around cleaning tables was absolutely amazing. Although the lady with red hair at register wasn’t very welcoming, and had a very annoyed energy. Then when it was my friends turn to order, she asked what milkshake flavors they had (mind you this is our first time, coming here we were unaware the menus or the tv screen didn’t have flavors on there) so she directed my friend to the flavors and it took like a couple seconds before she knew her flavor. She told the lady, and the lady herself asked “what’s even in it”, and she told my friend she would have to go in the back of the line and wait again. It wouldn’t have hurt the register lady to state some milkshake flavors, or at least wait a couple seconds for her to see her flavor like every other restaurant (and she didn’t even take long, like i understand to move to the next customer after the previous customer takes to long, but my friend took like 30 seconds). It would’ve helped if the lady knew the milkshakes herself too. There wasn’t even a rush going on, the lady just didn’t have the energy to welcome new costumers or help them. But other than that, it’s a good restaurant.
My final edit: 352 delivery confirmed he talked to me but here I am ordering from him again today.. even though you said I’m “blocked”. You had three people check one burger - that in itself says enough about the honesty of a single person you have on staff here.

On top of that I just spoke to them and they don’t recall talking to you. Just because you’re too inadequate to run a decent business (3 people checking one burger?? Seriously?) doesn’t mean my exp is discredited.
I called ahead of time to insure I had an appropriate amount of toppings as I have not in past with delivery. I spent $40 on one burger delivery and still have to construct my burger s it just came with extra and the burger itself was still inadequate. Spoke to manager and she confirmed she saw my burger and it was given enough toppings. Then she called back and left a voicemail saying the burger I got hasn’t been delivered. Below are photos of my burger and toppings included. After spending $40 and calling ahead, why is this an issue?
EDIT: you’re referring to the fresh lettuce that I have a photo … of me holding over my burger? That fell onto it? Look at the cheese… does it look like it was indented by missing ingredients? You’re dishonest and lied about 352 delivery saying bad things about me and blocking me which says enough. I just called them. I never asked you for a refund so I gain nothing from posting this besides awareness. You are being super paranoid to think a client would remove toppings.. just to be mean? No wonder you’re struggling. And honestly - the fact that I didn’t touch my burger and you and 3 people checked it and it still came out like this is hilarious. Businesses these days

Was here for a meeting and this place was expensive for the food. Even the burger wasn’t the best. This place is WAY over priced. The burger was very small. I had to stop elsewhere to fill my belly. I mean for over $12 you think it would come with fries and drink.. NOPE!

The food was good. I ordered the taco special, two tacos fries and a drink. The cashier lady that took my order was less than friendly. Clearly she doesn't like her job or was at least bored. It was obvious she wanted to be anywhere but here. Very monotonous, no smile, almost robotic. Maybe she was annoyed that I interrupted whatever she was doing on her phone. She seemed to be doing her task very well. She was efficient in taking my order and bringing my food but didn't have the demeanor of a good server. The atmosphere was pretty cool. They are proud of the local Santa fe sports stars, which was nice. I liked the surfboard inspired tables. Anyway it was good but nothing to write home about. Probably won't be back.

Best burgers I’ve ever had. I am 60 years old and these are the best burgers EVER. My son is graduated college in Gainesville years ago and we still take the three hour ride up to Gainesville to see their Zoo and beautiful outdoors and have to stop for a BTW burger. They are that delicious. I devour their burger; it’s so good. I wish they would open one on the Space Coast. 10 stars
