This ihop location is nothing special, but they never fail to give me delicious pancakes! I can't speak for the other food, as I haven't ordered anything other than pancakes at this location, but the service is always great and the atmosphere is nice (even late at night!) Our server on my recent visit was working alone, hosting and serving and was so positive and kind. He made sure everything was great for us and was truly amazing! Unfortunately I didn't catch his name, but he was great! Ihop is not fancy or the best food ever but for what it is, this location does it right!

We have no idea how the food is - we arrived on 5/2 at 11:00 pm and there were NO customers in yhe restaurant. The "hostess" that greeted us promptly told us there would be a 10-15 min wait because the cook was washing dishes - when we walked out we could see the dishwashing cook and the poor excuse for a hostess looking out the windows as we pulled out in our vehicle-

I will never ever go to another IHOP. Ordered eggs Benedict and the hollandaise was water down. My husband ordered biscuits and gravy they had a spit of gravy we had to order extra. Our server never came back to the table to check on us to give us our check. If we weren't honest people we would've walked out and no one would have known

Don't go there if you don't wanna wait about an hour for your food. Come on it's breakfast. We went in there and sit before 11:40am, didn't get our food till after 12:40. Not worth it and you guys should get it together honestly.

There were 3 servers for 4 tables (while we were there). Our server took 13 minutes to get us our drinks (which we had to ask for refills & I never got a refill.) Then she left & came back after a few minutes & took our order. My husband & son ordered chicken & Waffles & the sauce on the chicken was extremely thick. Looked nothing like the menu or like the order they got at a different location. My son asked for butter for his waffle three times & finally got it after he was 3/4 done. My daughter didn't get her pancakes until she was thru with her breakfast. Our hashbrowns were overcooked too. Then it took forever to get our tickets & when we did they were wrong. The server was pleasant & polite but just not attentive. We will go back but probably not at night!!

I understand at times we're understaffed but for you to be completely closed @ 2Am is ridiculous especially after driving 30+ minutes to arrive.
I placed and paid for my order online said it would be ready at 11:26 didnt get it until 11:50 thats a 20 min extra wait time ridiculous. Then after getting home i didnt even get what i ordered uuuugh??

I love IHOP in general. This location has now given me food poisoning 3 visits in a row, spread out over 1.5 years. Not surprising, everything is dirty. The floors, the visible parts of the kitchen, the bathrooms. It's sad because the building is classic and the waitstaff are great. I guess it's time to give up. Bummer. With decent leadership it could be amazing.

This place is a joke!! The associates were outrageously slow. The customer service is unreal; this place should be shut down!! They are incompetent and slow. There is no one taking orders, training needs to be given ASAP, or this place will end up getting shut down. The other customers waiting were more concerned about the people who were waiting before them, than the associates themselves.I do not recommend this location‼️

I was post-op 3 days (just out of surgery) when I came here to eat. I was very picky about my food! They were wonderful! My 5 year old little boy was very happy with his meal as was my husband. 5 stars!!!
