Insomnia Cookies

The cookies are good but not as good as they should be for the price. Big. Undercooked. For the price of a deluxe cookie, the brownies or blondies are a better deal.

I don't really eat sweet stuff but insomnia clearly changed that!! :3

My husband and I went today the first time the manager was very kind, very professional, and explained to the top sellers we got 12 classics. They were warm and delicious, and we will be returning . Thanks so much

Ordered online and cookies were not ready. Had to cancel order to get to work. Employee was VERY apologetic. I still got a classic cookie and a free one as an apology. Will have order delivered instead.

Your delivery driver needs an attitude adjustment

OMG my husband brought these home because I do not like crumbl cookies ( after 3 tries) and he does but he found insomnia and OMG they are the best. They taste and have the texture of homemade. I highly recommend.

I live in Michigan and my step mom sent us insomnia cookies and they were delicious!
So when I looked at the calendar today and realized that I missed my stepmom‘s birthday by accident, I needed to send her something really good really quickly so I went on the insomnia website located the store closest to her house in archer and I ordered a box of cookies and had them delivered to her let’s just say her experience was not as good as my experience when she opened up the box the cookies were broken and heaped in a pile..,it looked like somebody literally shook the box to death, and then threw it up on the porch, worst presentation ever and I felt really bad.
Thank goodness, I asked her for a photo because if I hadn’t, I wouldn’t have realized the shape they had shown up in because she never would’ve said anything. The cookies are delicious, but the service in the Florida store is definitely not the service. We got here in Michigan.

My cookies was left outside on the ground for ants and roaches to get when I have chairs on my porch they could’ve been sat in. My cookies was not delivered in a timely manner.

Love the ice cream here! I came back twice just for the caramellionaire flavor. So rich and delicious. The only issue is that for the cost, the portions are very small. Two scoops of ice cream don't even reach the brim of the cup, which is slightly disappointing.
