Why should I provide a tip when every time my cookies come, they are hard and dry and cold?

Took well over an hour to get cookies delivered

Wow! It was a great experience with great taste! After a midnight party it was a nice choice.
I think as a gymrat it got me an insomnia because i cheated on my diet.😂

I don’t write many bad reviews but today I wanted to go out and have a nice midnight snack. I was really disappointed tonight and wanted to talk about my experience. I wanted to try insomnia cookies for the first time because I heard so much good things about it. After this visit I’m not sure I am feeling good enough to go back and try it again. I have a sweet tooth and I don’t care if anything is too sweet or even is bland. I’m sure that a cookie was not supposed to be as soft as it was. Like it was too soft if you know what I’m saying. Not going back. Lol

Smallest mini toll house looking and tasting cookie I have ever received. Not worth the price.

My girlfriend and I ordered some cookies, delivery driver didn't follow instructions by handing it to us - instead left it at the wrong apartment. We called, they said that we didn't leave an apartment number but we did. Even have a screenshot of the order; not only that, but he also left it at the right apartment number but wrong building. Also they said we didn't leave a number for the driver to call, which we did and another driver had previously called using that number. So all in all, complete frauds who genuinely don't care if they actually deliver it to the right address. Had me in a wheelchair trying to find the right apartment they left it at. Just go to Midnight Cookies instead, they actually have good delivery

This place needs help. 1+ hour wait times, nobody answers the store phones. Mismanaged to the T

Deanetta was absolutely pleasant & extremely helpful. I would come in 1000 times more just to be serviced by her specifically. She was on point, very friendly & active. She didn’t waste no time in assisting me. Make her a manager asap. She deserves it!! - that being said please put some ac in there for the workers! Although they all seemed fine it’s a valid concern to work under that hot condition. Overall great experience & cookies !!

I am not one to leave reviews but
reading the last review, I had almost the exact same experience. The smell inside was awful, I wouldn’t say sewage but something definitely strong and nauseating, the heat made it even worse. I also noticed the moisture dripping from the ceiling, which made me really question the cleanliness and upkeep of the store.
To make matters worse, the front door was propped wide open, and there were bees flying around inside while people were trying to order. Between the smell, the heat, the dripping ceiling, and the insects buzzing around, it felt more like being outside at a rundown picnic than in a cookie shop.
The staff were extremely polite and tried to be as helpful as they could, but no amount of good customer service can make up for an environment that feels unsanitary, uncomfortable, and unsafe. Honestly, it’s hard to believe this location is allowed to operate in these conditions, I did not order anything and just left. Don’t recommend!

I usually enjoy Insomnia Cookies, but this visit was disappointing. The store smelled strongly like sewage of some sorts, which made me lose my appetite. It was also extremely hot inside. ALSO while I was ordering, the ceiling was literally dripping on me. These conditions really made the experience unpleasant.

That said, the two girls working behind the counter were fantastic. They had excellent customer service skills, were friendly, and apologized profusely for the situation. Their professionalism was the one bright spot in an otherwise uncomfortable visit, so for that I thank you ladies!

The cookies are good but not as good as they should be for the price. Big. Undercooked. For the price of a deluxe cookie, the brownies or blondies are a better deal.
