My cookies was left outside on the ground for ants and roaches to get when I have chairs on my porch they could’ve been sat in. My cookies was not delivered in a timely manner.

Love the ice cream here! I came back twice just for the caramellionaire flavor. So rich and delicious. The only issue is that for the cost, the portions are very small. Two scoops of ice cream don't even reach the brim of the cup, which is slightly disappointing.

OMG… these cookies are amazing. So good. You have to try them for yourself. Loved the double chocolate chunk. Their traditional chocolate chip cookies melt in your mouth.

Cookies were delivered smelling and tasting of weed. There were two cookies missing from the box and no ice cream that was also ordered. I did call them and they were kind enough to send another driver to deliver the missing items (but the cookies were not replaced). It's very concerning that there were cookies missing and the smell is so strong they even taste like weed; I know I didn't order from a dispensary. Normally a good place to order from but this was a particularly bad experience and a complete waste of my money.

The service is always amazing. They let you know not leave the premises or your car WILL get towed. Very busy area. But i really appreciate the extra care they provide to their customers.Not to mention the cookies are always on point. Hot, soft, fresh and delicious. Y'all blow crumble cookie out the window!

I have to say, I was skeptical in ordering from here. However, delivery was quick, cookies were warm, and oh my goodness DELICIOUS ?.I am not sure about contact service, but I put services a 3 star, due to me wanting them handed to me. I am not an animal to place my food on the ground.Overall thank you for the cookies

We never even got in the door before being yelled at by an employee. We had stopped by to get some Cookies and grab some Raising Cane's next door. We got out of the truck and started walking when a guy came out and started shouting that we could only park there for the cookies and would have to leave before going to Raising Cane's. I understand that parking is at a premium but that's ridiculous. No cookie is worth getting yelled at.

I stopped by insomnia this evening to pick up cookies to celebrate my 14 year old son‘s birthday after we attended the UF baseball game from out of town. I placed my order with the cashier, who was reasonably friendly. She and (who I can assume is either the manager or owner) were bantering with each other back and forth and he was using language (f-word), which is a little unprofessional, though I brushed that off given the proximity to college. After I paid for my order I was informed that they were out of brownies and it would be just a five minute wait…no problem. I stepped to the side and let the next several people order. 20 minutes went by and I was assured that only five more minutes were left because they were out of mint cookies and didn’t realize that either. The manager/owner stepped out at one point to help serve ice cream to another group of customers, and told me as soon as my order was ready he would pass it along to me- as if he was doing me a favor. After nearly 30 minutes of waiting for 5 cookies and 1 brownie, he handed me my box with only a, “careful the mint cookie is still hot” and nothing for my wait- not even an apology or “we appreciate your patience.” In any other establishment, I would assume they would have offered an alternative/replacement cookie so that I could’ve been on my way, but instead I was ignored while they continue to get their DoorDash orders sent out as fast as possible. I will not be ordering or picking up from them again nor sending them via Door Dash to my daughter who attends UF like I have in the past. In-person customer service is clearly not a priority for this establishment, which is a shame because the cookies are delicious.

Cookies were good, the smell was inside was not. It reeked of weed, I get it’s a college town but heck try to cover it a little. I’d like to smell some of the cookies. Then we were also given a vegan cookie by mistake which wasn’t the best but not bad if you are vegan.

First time picking up cookies from this establishment, and for my roomate. While the ambiance was nice inside, and the crew was incredibly welcoming, when she opened the box, there was a hair on one cookie, and literal piece of plastic (Parchment paper maybe?) in another. Regardless, it was material that should not have been inside a cookie ?.May return, when the area isn't so busy.

There was a really big manager with a heart cookie on his shirt screaming at me because I parked in the plaza parking lot while i was LITERALLY coming to insomnia cookies. I will NEVER be purchasing a cookie from there ever again. Fire him immediately.
