Jeremiah's Italian Ice

Is strawberry ice and whatever-the-heck flavored ice cream a disgusting combo? Yes, objectively. Whatever this place is serving is a disgrace to Italian ice and the cows who gave their milk for the ice cream. But damn it’s GOOD! Nothing is more romantic than sharing this icee-ice cream hybrid with a loved one, staring out over the beautiful parking lot and breathing in fumes of passing cars. It’s truly a vibe, especially on a hot, humid Gainesville night.

And then I found out they cater. And they cater well! Ryan and Lily delivered my catering order right on time and were very helpful.

Having Jeremiah's Ice Cream at our wedding was truly amazing! Joe and Chino were fantastic—two of the kindest people who brought so much joy to our celebration. The ice cream was delicious, and it was such a fun and unique touch that our guests absolutely loved. From start to finish, they made everything easy and enjoyable, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend for any special event!

It’s a shame what happens when branches expand. Have always been a big fan of Jeremiah’s and was excited to see one here however, my last two visits have been horrible. Especially this last one where Brooke and all the workers were just joking around, made me a horrible ice cream with barely any crumbles and then refused to give us a refund or to remake the ice cream. I didn’t catch the name of the other person with the long black hair and bangs that made my ice cream but I wasn’t surprised with the outcome considering she was mostly screaming and laughing in the back.

Fantastic dessert :) I highly recommend trying if you haven't! Only downside is that the line can take a hot minute. Staff makes each order after taking it - they don't have separate teams for the register and making the orders. If you plan to go during the day bring a hat or sun covering in case the line is long and stretches past the onning (which it often does). Also - heads up that to-go lids cost $0.99 cents, so if you don't want the extra charge maybe bring something to transfer your order to or eat there :)

P.s. this is the 'sugar cookie' gelati - it's genuinely sooooooo good

If Cherry is the most popular flavor and it runs out super fast. I don’t understand why they can’t make more or order more. Every time we come there is a problem with the Cherry. Today I went again and it said it was available. I order two small ones and a 1/2 a Gallon, paid the order after a few minutes to be told they had run out. Are you kidding me?

We have tried this location three different times with my son who has an eating condition. On three occasions I asked the employee to put a drop of ice cream on the cone, because my son will not eat a cone with a lot of ice cream. Well on all three occasions they handed us a really big cone. My son took one lick and would throw it out. The soft serve taste is also different and not that great. We will no longer be returning. Their is also no inside seating and in Florida with 98 degree weather your cone will start melting before you sit down or have time to enjoy it.
