Great food, if you can actually get a sub made. Twice in a row now I place an order online and it's not even started by the time I go to pick it up, this last time I even came 20 minutes late and still not even started. Will never go back to this location

I placed the order online at 11:50, they said it was going to be done by 12:10, I showed up at 12:18 and they hadn't even started making it. This is the second time this has happened at this location and I was nice about it the first time. I understand it gets busy sometimes but it wasn't even that busy for a Friday. I will also no longer be taking my business to your store.

This place is not run well. Totally mismanaged. We had a mobile order Amd waited and watched 30 people come and go before they made our order. ... my order came out about 26 minutes after the promise time online. That really stinks for lunch.... I gave them a second star only because they employees gad a great attitude attitude as tried their best. Thh

First time visit. If you order at the counter online orders are pushed ahead of you and had a gentlemen come in behind me and got his sandwich before me. Asked for gluten free bread and there is an up charge. Only two employees serving which took 15-20 minutes for food. The food may be good but the lack of employees and how long it takes to get food is enough to go somewhere else. I know the current employees do the best they can but profits over customer service sucks.

asked for Jalapeños cold on a hot sub, put them on when you place the meat in the sub roll. even asked if they were there, but nothing absolutely no Jalapeños
