Well had tried Jersey Mike's awhile back, but couldn't recall what we thought of it. Walked in and it smelled awesome, was very clean and the two young men working behind the counter were friendly and took great care of my order. My wife is picky when it come to sandwiches and she absolutely loved it!!! I think its better quality and tastiness to the Publix next door , my chicken philly doesn't look like much but it tasted amazing and worth even penny . We definitely will be going back for sure.

Sophia is fantastic! She made sure our order was correct and was totally sweet and patient. (We had a couple of issues with delivery previously, but they contract through a 3rd party.) We got a giant "Big Kahuna" cheesesteak sub. Delicious! (Sophia, thank you for being you, and Happy Holidays! You're an asset to your company! ?)

I usually love this place but when I came in to get my order I sat in the store for 20 minutes while the young cashier flirted with a girl and offered to give her meal for free all the while my sandwiches are sitting there and he goes all the way around the counter to give her a hug. I was understanding that they had no bacon but dude should not be working in customer service if he can’t control his reaction to a pretty girl

Great family lunch. The day shift working the counter between 12-1 today, April 16th, were very friendly and made good sandwiches in a busy dining area. Moved the line quickly and efficiently.

The sandwiches are fine, but no way worth the price. I can't justify the price of these based on the meal provided.Meats are fine, hot subs are good. But if you're hungry, and want a giant Kahuna... it's over 16 bucks. That's absolutely unreal for a sub.For the same price you can get a pizza delivered or get a much bigger sub for less across the parking lot at Jimmy Johns. Or even better, go to a local place like Hogans.16.75 for a sub with no sides, no drink, is just a ridiculous price unless the sub was so good that you needed to make a video about it.These subs just aren't worth the ridiculous price.

From the moment we walked into the door one of the employees had a disgusting attitude. We walked in the door and she looked at her friend and said "I told you so" , and rolled her eyes. She was on the slicer, and the whole time had an attitude. She had short pink hair and a septum piercing. When I was paying at the register, the guy checking me out, asked what size my number nine was and I told him it was a mini. She then continued to talk loudly from the slicer and said "That's not what i heard the first time." and proceeded to cut half of my regular off and throw it in the trash. I worked in Jersey Mike's for two years and I know half a regular is not equal to a mini so I paid for less. Caleb was the guy who rang me out and he was so kind and patient. I will drive across Gainesville to go to another jersey Mike's because her attitude was disgusting and I would rather drive across town than return to this jersey Mike's.
