I had an awful experience here. I came in last night shortly before closing, and not only was I rushed by the staff, but my food was also made completely wrong. I paid $45 for a meal I couldn’t even eat. Since they were closing, I couldn’t speak to anyone that night, so I waited until the morning to call and explain the issue.

When I spoke with Sara, the manager, I was shocked at how rude and unprofessional she was. Instead of listening or trying to understand the situation, she immediately shut me down and refused to issue a refund. When I began to express my frustration, she started laughing in my face, which was completely disrespectful and uncalled for.

I’ve never experienced such poor customer service. For the price I paid, I expected basic respect and at the very least, accountability for a messed-up order. I will not be returning, and I suggest others think twice before spending their money here.

Went in there at lunch time and got completely ignored. I walked in and there was only one person in line being helped already. A few mins later, four men walk in and get in line behind me. There were at least four people working behind the counter and I could tell one was working on online orders. A woman behind the counter asks the man BEHIND me what she can get started for him. Even after I said something, she continues to help the person behind him in line. I walked out with out buying anything. Terrible service. This is the second time something like this happened at this location. I will not be returning.
Also the lettuce was brown. The woman in front of me commented on it and they didn't change it out.

Horrible service check your food, I order two sandwiches one hot & the other cold. They took 35 minutes when I bit into my food something was weird and cold for a hot sandwich meat was under cooked open the sandwich u can see the pink still brought it to the counter all they can say was oh wow even hesitant to give me my refund after that experience I should of gotten a full refund & offered to make a new one terrible customer service

First time to this location, Butler Plaza Gainesville.
Short line of people waiting, greeted by a very friendly outgoing person by the name of Sarah. Sarah took my order and started fresh cutting all my meats for my sub. She was easy to talk with and listened to exactly how I wanted my sub. After preparing my sub she passed me on to someone to ring me up. I told him I was a member of the Jersey Mikes Email Club and after looking up my account informed me my sub was “free” due to the number of points I had accumulated. Wow! What a great experience……. Food, Service, and Atmosphere 5 stars…… thanks again!!

Hadn't been to a Jersey Mike's in a while. Today there were 2 people working dining room line was extremely long. Apparently the 2nd worker was in the to back on break and refused to come help the young man that was trying to deal with the situation. Sooo sad when you have to wait over 30 minutes for 2 sub sandwiches.💔😢

The sandwiches are over priced and quality of the ingredients is just plain bad.... I paid over $3 dollars to add bacon to the sandwich and when I got home I realize that they did not add the bacon, and the chicken tasted nothing like chicken.... I just have no idea what kind of meat they put on it.... The service was terrible!! They did not ask what kind of bread I wanted or if I wanted to put any other ingredients.... For a single sandwich that costs over 25 dollars, I expected a lot better than what I got!! Never, ever going back there for sure....

Ordered online. Got there and me and another pick up order were ignored until I had to make them give me my food. Got home 40 minutes away went to eat and they made 2 out of 3 sandwiches wrong. I called and no one answered 6 times. Called another store in the area and they answered first try so they are just ignoring the phones here. Finally got ahold of somebody and they can’t refund me for 5 days since their manager won’t be in. Or I can put the sandwhich in my fridge until the next time I’m in Gainesville. My mind is just blown by the whole situation would rather just cook at home at this point.
