I came here around 1.30 on Friday. The food was great, the service was decent. A customer came in, obviously unhappy that they got her order wrong but she wasn't mean or loud, she stood there quietly and waited for them to fix her order.As soon as she went out the door, both employees started LOUDLY laughing at her and discussing their upset customer for the entire restaurant to hear. I said something about it and they quickly quieted about the situation and went on being loud about something else. I can only assume that when I left they loudly talked about me too.

I want to Mike jersey today . I think the black guy is the manager . He stacks sub bread on a dirty scale and counter top . I was first he stop making my sub to make the subs of the lady and her kids behind me in line . He then told me the counter was clean when I asked for fresh bread and for it to be placed on the sub paper . He did the same thing with my mother who corrected him . They put on gloves and they touch everything ,your food ,the register to cash you out. Sometimes they change gloves but if you all look they don’t not unless you ask . The funny thing is a lot of people come there and say nothing . Once I came and a gentleman had a bracelets on his arm and dangled on my sub while he was making it .

Walked in today around 2:45 to an empty place. All employees were in the back room with 1 girl sitting on floor.Upon entering noticed all tables were dirty.We went up to order I asked if tables could be wiped off as we were going to eat there.We ordered 2 cheese steaks. My wife asked for ketchup on hers and he told they didn't have any. Every other Jersey Mike's we have visited had ketchup. I went over to a table to sit at and the fellow who took our order came out to start wiping tables off. When he got to mine he asked if I wanted it cleaned off and I said of course.in the mean time my wife is standing by the register to pay, the boy who was cleaning the tables came back to behind the counter and put the rag back in a bucket that was sitting on the prep table, and proceeded to start making sandwiches without washing his hands. In the meantime another employee came up to my wife that we would have a wait for our sandwiches. Remember now nobody was in the place when we walked in and ordered. The next thing that went on a whole lot of delivery drivers came in and they were getting their food ahead of ours. We waited about another 10 minutes and finally got up and walked out. Needless to say we won't be back. Instead we went to our favorite place on the other side of town, Big Mills steakhouse and got wonderful service as always. Shame on you Jersey Mike's you've gotten to big for your breaches

Both guys working the counter were extremely outgoing and friendly. 10/10 customer service! My daughter requires gluten free and they put extra care into making her sub to about cross contamination.

This is what I call "Sub Selection Heaven". This Sub Shop has many subs to choose from, anyone can choose a Hot Sub, Cold Cut, even to a lettuce wrap choice. The service was great and we were greeting as soon as we walked in the door. The servers were happy to help and introduce there new bread, "Rosemary Parmesan". My choice sub was the Turkey & Provolone on the new bread and the rosemary wasn't too strong, it just gave a delicate taste to the sandwich. The staff were great and it was quite clean inside. Needless to say, I will return again too to get the #7 Special.

the food is always good however it took 40 minutes after i ordered to get my sub. the online est time for pickup was 20 minutes prior to me actually getting the sub.
