I got severe food poisoning from the sub I ate here Saturday 2/24/24 at about 6:20 pm. Was not a fun experience.

Delivery driver was to "scared" to open my gate to get to my front door . He took my number down wrong so he couldn't call me to let me know to come down. I had to go to store to find all this out but since it was after hours at this point, they couldn't remake my food. I'm more just confused why he didn't want to open the gate... their are no beware signs or anything like that sooo ??

The manager at this store is abusive, the store has high turnover because of him, and any lags in customer service or food quality all connects to his behavior. As soon as workers get an interview, they're required to do work off the clock, unpaid, memorizing the menu, which is illegal, and the mistreatment just snowballs from
