Always love Jimmy John's. But the service at this location goes above and beyond. The manager on duty Ash is absolutely top-notch. She made our day by going way above and beyond on a very small mistake on our order for a little guy!

This is the slowest moving Jimmy John’s that I have ever visited. I ordered my food (via the app) at 4:00 pm. I arrived at the store at 4:15 pm. They told me that they didn’t have wraps for my unwich and they had to make it with a hoagie. No problem even though I received no call to notify me of this, just looking at the tracker on the app.

I walked out of that Jimmy John’s at 4:35 pm. Jimmy John’s corporate: Get these employees some help.

Would give zero if I could. I ordered the perfect sandwich with extra avocado a whole 2 dollars worth, and didn’t get a damn avocado, not one. I’m pretty pissed off but you’re about to be pissed on Jimmy Johns.

Went there on 10-09-2025 at 4:30pm and ordered the JJ Gargantuan , this is my first time ever going there. The staff employee got upset that I ask for fresh to tomato’s because they were at the end of the pans I guest from lunch and I ask for more lettuce and he didn’t give it to me . I also informed him that the sandwich was supposed to have basil, Italian seaming, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper and he pulled out a squeeze container and said it was in their and put some seasoning on it. My first experience was my last.

Very disappointed with my experience with Jimmy John’s. We ordered two sandwiches. The bread is thinner (they look like a breadsticks). They came with one slice of meat. I called the restaurant and asked to speak to a manager. When I complained about the sandwiches, I was told that this was the company policy (the one slice of meat). He apologized and agreed that I was overpaying. When I said that I’d be going to Publix from now on, he said he understood but that there was nothing he could do. According to the receipts, I spoke with either Phillip or Manuel. Hard to believe how nonchalant he was about the whole thing. Didn’t seem to care about my experience or the image of the restaurant / company.

I come to Jimmy John's about every other day because I work at one of the stores behind them and them and Google pay are easily accessible 😵‍💫, every time I order before I come in and it's always ready, they have fast and friendly service, it's a good place to cool off and the music is always on point 🤘😎... Keep up the good work fellas 🤜🤛

I purchased a number 11 on Friday 6/27/25.The sandwich was distasteful, the lettuce had some brown leafs, the food on a whole was not what I was accustomed to when the tall young man was there.He is no longer there
I became nauseated from the food. I will not visit there again

Hey, we placed a large order of 10 subs from work. They canceled the order when we walked in to get the order because they stopped making bread at 8p. It was such an inconvenience, no apologies , they employees then decided to start an argument among themselves , very unacceptable and unprofessional, we will not support this business ever again and we will be calling cooperate!

Pulled up tonight and ordered 2 Tuscan Italian wraps. When get home 45 miles away they are not Italian they are chicken Ceasars wraps and they didn't even taste good. They went to the garbage. Don't go to this one!!
