As an occasional visitor from the UK, Jimmy Johns has become a bit of a tradition. I’ve visited this store twice in the past three days and I’ll probably visit again tomorrow, as their BLT is just amazing. The bread is lovely and the staff are always welcoming on arrival. I don’t quite understand why they always ask if I would like cheese with my BLT as it’s not a BLCT. Just as it is please.
Highly recommended.

Came to order because I had rewards on the app. Tried to order on the app and it wouldn’t go through. Came inside and they refused to give me the rewards.

Jimmy John’s is one of my fav sub shops. I feel like the product across many stores I’ve tried is always very consistent, and consistently good.

This location was no different. If you’re an avocado fan at all, you must try the #12 Beach Club. I can’t get anything else from here now or I’ll wish I had gotten the #12, and I’ve even gotten a few of my friends to love it too.

The guys working here were really nice and freaky fast with their service as promised. Love you JJ’s!

absolutely phenomenal service at this location! The two staff members on this afternoon/evening were amazing and went above and beyond for our order. There was a mistake made with the order, but they were able to completely rectify it and went above and beyond to correct it. absolutely excellent service. They deserve a raise!

I had an issue last month with a promo they had going on and the manager Dwayne was so fast to respond and fix this issue. That was my first time going to Jimmy John’s and the food was amazing!

Usually, pretty quick and decent subs for a decent price, not the best, but worth the price.

Store ID 2645 Gainesville, FL
African American gentleman staff were not using gloves while on their cell phones, and did not sanitize their hands afterward before making sandwiches for the customers ahead of us. We immediately decided to exit the restaurant instead of ordering. Such a shame, as this is my daughter’s favorite sub shop.

Review from Taiwan: The service staff is very friendly. It doesn’t matter if your English is not good.
pesto bowtie pasta salad is rich in flavor?
But the bacon is not crispy.

Joe, the store manager refuse to give me a free drink which was entitled to me anyways when they ruined my delivery order by sending me rock hard bread on my sandwich. Joe, and only one other person was working that shift and would not tell me who made the sandwich and that it could’ve been anybody even though there’s only two people on shift Joe is very unprofessional and lacks managerial skills and would tread lightly when ordering your delivery. The only way I can see him getting that job was by default. Definitely has zero experience with customer service. I’ve been eating from Jimmy John’s for over 20 years and have never dealt with such incompetence. Joe blows
2nd response: yea that is how you roll since corporate said you guys weren’t required to do so. After 20 years I will no longer be eating at any of your establishments due to the lack of food quality and service. Customer service has been a dying experience around these parts. Joe your manger needs some serious training

Waited in drive thru for atleast 20 min, then the employee didn’t even know what “Jimmy it up” was and then I proceeded to get the wrong sub… disappointing

I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the service I have received at your store recently. As a long-time customer, I have always appreciated the "freaky fast" service your brand promises. However, my recent experiences have been far from satisfactory.

On multiple occasions, I have noticed that online orders are being prioritized over in-store customers. This practice is not only frustrating but also unfair to those of us who take the time to visit the store in person. Waiting for a simple sandwich for over 20 minutes while watching online orders being prepared and dispatched is unacceptable.

Your service used to be a hallmark of efficiency and speed, but now it seems that the focus has shifted entirely to online customers, leaving in-store patrons neglected and dissatisfied. The current situation is a stark contrast to the "freaky fast" slogan that Jimmy John's once prided itself on. Perhaps it should now be changed to "freaky slow" to better reflect the reality.

I hope that you will take this feedback seriously and make the necessary changes to ensure that all customers, whether online or in-store, receive the prompt service that Jimmy John's was once known for.
