Saint Leo University Men & Women’s cross country team stopped by today unexpected with 25 people and the two guys working together got our orders done really fast without any complaint and made us feel welcomed. I recommend this Jimmy johns to anybody as the service is amazing. Thank you for feeding a hungry cross country team.

Food is always good. “Freaky fast” delivery does not seem to apply here. On a rare occasion you can get food delivered in twenty minutes (mind you my house is less than five minutes from the store), but 30-60 minutes seems to be the norm.

If I could give it 0 stars I would! I ordered the Italian Night, ez lettuce, add bacon, it comes with ham, salami, capicolla. I said no capicolla. I got ZERO ham, 3 pieces salami, 2 PCs bacon, wasn't cut in half,no mayo, no garlic & oregano, no napkins,said after 2 pm, add combo free. I paid $18.96 they said the free combo was over but it still says it on website. A free sandwich doesn't compensate for the unbelievable disregard to what this sandwich is supposed to be, just none. I had no dinner. Just the worst.

I have never been in a Jimmy Johns where they did not ask you what you wanted on your sub. Then have to grab my own cup, bag my sub and put napkins in my bag. Plus air was broke in store. No way condiments are staying at temperature.
The problem with this place is that they have tables blocking the only sidewalk getting from one side of the plaza to the other, making it so that every time I need to go past I'm forced to step down onto the asphalt into traffic and there's always a car speeding through that little road I'm forced into. They need to get rid of those tables and get small ones that they fit to the side. There are other businesses in the plaza with customers we need to go from one side to the other
