So I order from here all the time bc my office is literally 2 minutes away. the last TWO times, the delivery has taken over an hour. Usually when I order from here, its bc I am in a time crunch and I need something quickly, which I always thought was of the big draws of Jimmy Johns. When the food came, the sandwich was ok, but very greasy. I wont be calling them again.

This store closes an entire half day early 50 percent of the time I go here. It’s been like this for months. How have they not figured out the problem yet? Be sure to call before coming here. They will literally be closed randomly before 3pm quite often.Update:The area manager did reach out to me to help address my concerns and I appreciate them trying to resolve. The food is still great and one of my favorite quick stops to eat.
