Food: 10/10 frappes are customizable (to an extent). Dairy free options available. They are really thick so be sure to drink them while their still very frozen or you’ll be adding ice water to it later
People: 9/10 love the people, they can just be a little hard to find at times. Each person is vastly different from the other so you’ll probably have a different experience every time (all good though!)
Atmosphere: 10/10. Definitely set upr to sell. The stands are in appropriate places to be seen but not in the way. Lighting is at a good level.
Value: two frappes with substitutes was cheaper and had better value than their surrounding competitors
Dietary restrictions: Dairy sensitive options

The coffee was decent and didn’t realize it’s located in the book store.
Never been to a Joe Muggs restaurant. But Veterans Administration is giving away "Coffee For The Troops" made by Joe Muggs of Birmingham AL. Gag me with a spoon! I could not even finish the first cup. If the restaurant coffee is as undrinkable as this, you will never catch me going into a Joe Muggs.
Great coffee. Good smell in the place. Comfrotable seating and easy to access with the WIFI and tables. Service staff can sometimes be grumpy.
Excellent service and delicious coffee the best

Very handy for when we are roaming around Books-A-Million. The coffee served here is good and the service CAN be a little slow at times but very friendly. I personally recommend the Mocha but that is an individual thing. Often we will get the Egg Soufflé at Panera and then come over here for the coffee just a few steps away.
Vanilla creme frappe is omg delicious
