I ordered a soup and salad from Doordash. The wrong soup was packed with my order and the portion sizes of the salad were small. The chicken breast quality was terrible. Completely overcooked and dried out to the point chewing it was crunchy. Quality control with this order was clearly non-existent. Disappointing for the high cost.

This used to be our go-to lunch restaurant in Gainesville, but the portions have shrunk dramatically, the prices have stayed the same(if not increased), and the wait times have lengthened. It was $40 today for two wraps and a bowl. I had to wait at least 10 or 15 minutes after placing the order online 20 minutes earlier. They sent me out the door without any utensils, so I had to come back and get those in order to eat the bowl. And the wraps are not even filled up all the way. They used to be a good size, but now they are tiny And have almost no meat inside. One of the wraps had probably less than 1oz. of chicken.

I just want to say every time I come here and Roxie is here she is really good at what she does!!!! She always has a great attitude and she is so nice and attentive. There has been plenty of times where I come either alone or with friends and Roxie is alone taking care of everyone, I don't know if someone says this enough but you are doing great!!!
