This place is AMAZING!!! staff, vibe, and drinks are wonderful especially Jesse she made me the best cold brew i’ve had in a while!! 💚💚
I came here for iced tee and it was perfect
The coffee, the bagel, and the service were are all excellent!
KavaGator has been my go-to study spot for a little over the past year now. I absolutely love it here. The environment is amazing during any time of the day. The staff is always so friendly and they know exactly what I want. Danya is always able to put a smile on my face.
If I could leave less than one star I would. This place is absolute trash. A 16oz tea is $10 and it’s extremely diluted and over filtered. Check the picture. There’s no kratom in this lol. I complained and they said they use 200 of powder. Nooo shot. I also got a kava shell that was extremely weak. Save yourself the time and money and skip this place.
Kava Gator is hands down my favorite spot in Gainesville! The atmosphere is super chill—perfect for studying, catching up with friends, or just unwinding with a good drink. Their kava and kratom options are top-notch, but even if you’re just here for coffee, you won’t be disappointed. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable, happy to help you find the perfect drink for your vibe.
The place has a great mix of cozy indoor seating and a relaxed outdoor area, which is perfect on nice days. I also love that they host events and live music—it makes the space feel even more welcoming and community-driven.
Whether you’re a kava pro or just curious to try something new, this is the place to be. Highly recommend!
Kavagator Coffee Shop is the best place to study as a student and enjoy coffee with friends. It has a wonderful atmosphere and good vibes. They have great staff who are always friendly. Danya gave fantastic service.
Well, I popped in because our options at the Oddities Market were limited. I ordered a $9.17 turkey and cheese sandwich. I know there was cheese on it. But that's all I could tell you. I could not find any meat. As for the tea. Meh. The owner was very nice.
Worst sandwich ever and charged $9.80 for it. DONT ORDER A SANDWICH. Dry croissant with a very thin piece of cheese and One very thin piece of meat. It was so thin it was transparent. I thought it was the wrapper left on the cheese! Had to use my nail to peel it up to see. RIP OFF, never again. Can't say about other items...
