I will NEVER go back to this KFC ever again, I should had took a picture of the chicken they gave me. It was olddddddd, dark, wasn't fresh at all. It was sooooo nasty, I gave it to my dog. I tried calling back to make a complaint but no one answered. This is one of the worst KFC in America and poor customer service, they don't even have great hospitality. I really don't trust eating from this KFC anymore bc if there attitude is awful, gosh knows what they do to the food. Like they really don't care. That chicken they gave me had look rotten, and it wasn't HOT at all. N some of the employees there isn't sooo pleasant. I remember years ago, my husband told me, he never liked that KFC Because he didn't think the chicken was fresh and didn't have a great experience going there, like now I get what he was saying. The chicken they gave me today had deserve to be thrown in the trash. I should have taken a picture of it. It was awful and I deserve my money back. But that will be the last time that KFC received my money. I would not recommend this KFC and If I could rate them a ZERO I would. 😏

Awful they were so demanding and disrespectful to me and my aussie bf they wouldn't let us pick what size we wanted and just wanted us gone right away and the lady was on her phone the entire time while handing us the food and drinks.

I ordered chicken from you the other day and I didn't realize you gave me the wrong type of chicken when I got home. But then I come to realize you never asked me what I wanted you just gave it to me. But instead of bringing it back I went ahead and ate it because you were so far away and I didn't have a ride to drop it off. After eating it I got so sick I was throwing up and had severe diarrhea to the point I had to go to the hospital. Something was so wrong that ended up getting food poisoning.

What a nightmare! Picture includes a very nasty employee who is belligerent and screamed at me after I asked how long the order I was delivering would take to make (28 minutes). I have no time for awful people! Skip this place. Who wants to wait (I eventually waited 32 minutes) for this angry man to come out (after I've had the customer in the phone 3x) and pretend not to understand that I'm waiting for the order STILL? Then, he decided not to give that poor lady her order. WOW WTH! I was so upset with him for ditching her order after that long that I thought it best to leave and tell all of you just how to AVOID places like this. Just go elsewhere. You'll be happier you did.
