Treat yourself! Real pure bone broth tonkotsu ramen with the most tender melt in mouth char sui pork. Gainesville is very lucky to have an eatery of this level of service and dedication. Absolutely Excellent!!!
The food is great. The quantity is more than enough. I come here frequently.
We went for our son in laws birthday and it was fantastic. We had a variety of things: ramen, pot stickers, sushi, chicken rice bowls for the kids. There's a lot of food too! The Godzilla roll and dynamite roll were DELICIOUS! The ramen was so tasty with amazing noodles and came out steaming. Spring rolls were so good too. Our server was very knowledgeable, accommodating and sweet.
Our daughter and grandkids were not familiar with ramen and they loved it! This was our first time and we traveled from Lake City. We will return when in the area. 🍜🍣❤️
I wasn’t expecting much, but the new unagi don that they had seriously impressed me. The eel was perfectly cooked with a sweet and rich sauce. Also, the combo of avocado, pickled radish, and seaweed salad made it super fresh and balanced. Not only that but the tobiko and sesame seeds on top added the perfect finishing touch. Would 100% get this again!
We've had dine in a few times with friends and the ramen was awesome. The service was really good and we love the ambiance. However, this time ordering takeout we were really disappointed. Everyone in our party was unsatisfied with what I brought home for $60. I felt bad.
The escolar was quite tough, the ramen was smaller portions and a salad we ordered was very skimp on ingredients.
Overall, I'd say skip take out here and stick to the ramen, which is typically really good!
Mid-tier sushi for top tier price. Sushi combo was over $50 after tip and tax for probably $15 worth of okay sushi. Rip-off overall.
Hana Sushi has the best quality and value in Gainesville I've seen.
If you have yet to find GOOD ramen outside of Japan, like how I can't seem to find good crab cakes outside of Maryland, PLEASE try KINYA RAMEN in Gainesville, FL. I found this place on a whim and have driven back from Jacksonville just for ramen. The broth is amazing... and not thin.
Kinya Ramen never fails. Fresh, well cooked, well prepared, well presented, and hot. Love treating myself to their ramen, goyza and spring rolls. This time we shared their Ocean Dream Roll, again superbly made and tasty! Service was friendly and professional. Excellent!

First time here, felt very welcome walking in. My waitress was super sweet and my food came out quickly. The pork was a little tough but otherwise all of the food was really good. Thai tea and takoyaki was super good especially

Love the Ramen here. All the appetizers are great. The service is good. The atmosphere is fun and anime inspired. It's a tad pricey but given the quality and flavor of the food, can totally be worth.
