The food is as good as thier service is bad. This WAS one of my choice Mexican joints on gnv, the service has always been sub-par.. Today I was around 1:30. You will wait to be seated, as the servers will be preoccupied chatting it up in the back. When they do come to seat you, do not be surprised if you are totally disregarded, and the people whom arrived after you are seated first... WOW. How can you have such great food, and such lousy service!

Food was greasy. Two of the plates were dirty, had to ask for replacements. I had a hair on my plate too. Unfortunately, they took the plate back, just wiped off the part that hair and brought it right back.

great food in an authentic style Mexican restaurant. the food is very good for such a small place in a strip mall. I will definitely be back. the steak fajita nachos were outstanding. the proportions were huge. I took more than half home to eat for dinner after filling up for lunch.

Yes, there are larger, more decorated, more expensive places to go for atmosphere or location. But the food is why I prefer this little gem. The mole sauce is addicting I really like it ! The menu is broad with choices and are reasonable. It is located near NW 39th Ave and NW 6th St. Give it a try!

What was one of the best and authentic Mexican restaurants in Gville is no longer. Came in for lunch the other day at the end of the rush, and while we were patient, we had to chase someone down multiple times. Although the quesadilla was decent, the torta cubana was dry and the bread used was clearly stale. Given the other options in town now, not worth coming back.

The restroom was absolutely filthy! We're seriously considering reporting it to the Gainesville office responsible for sanitation. And the food was not good either. Limited ingredients compared to what the menu indicated.
