Las Carretas has been my go to restaurant in Gainesville for 2 years now! But this recent experience shows just how amazing the staff really is. Saturday I suspected I lost a diamond ring at one of the booths. I called Sunday and left my number in case something showed up. I wasn’t hopeful I’d be getting a call back. On Wednesday I got a call from Javi notifying me they found a ring. Turns out, It was my ring !! 😭🥹 I love the food, drinks, and atmosphere of this restaurant...

Cecilia was our waitress and she was attentive and wonderful! The place was so cool and had an incredible atmosphere! They had salsa bars on every floor (there’s like 4 floors and 2 or 3 bars) plus table side guacamole…what could be better than that for a Mexican restaurant?!

Franny was amazing! Very attentive, checked on us frequently, and had a wonderful personality. The atmosphere was warm and inviting and the food was incredible, came so fast! We left very very happy 😊 and full 😮💨 try the Latin Passion! It’s phenomenal 😩
