Ordered delivery online, it was past the delivery estimated time. But I had called at 6:25 to make sure the order was received they said the order should arrive within 10 minutes. The website said it was delivered at 6:11. After constant refreshing it said delivered around 6:48. The pizza was thrown on the ground, the pizza was practically out of the box and when I opened it, three slices were missing. I spoke with the manager and she was saying “it sounded sketchy”, she seemed so hesitant to even offer me store credit. I’ve never had any issues with their stores before. This is the craziest experience I’ve ever had with food deliveries & I would never expect a manger to ridicule the situation to hint to me “scamming”

My son really wanted a cheese pizza and it was our first time in a Marcos pizza and I can’t tell you kind and friendly the staff are! Kim specifically went above and beyond by giving my son a toy he’d been curiously asking about! Such a genuine act of kindness & really made his day! Now he wants Marcos pizza every night ? Thank you for being so sweet Kim! All the staff were smiling friendly and willing to help. Great team! And also a great cheese pizza :)
I looked up pizza places with drive thru and online it says this place has drive thru but I pulled up and there is no drive thru at all. I have mobility issues which is why I searched for drive thru. I didn't get pizza here so I have no idea how it tastes. If you have a business profile maybe someone works check out for accuracy

This is absolutely the worse pizza! The first time I bought a pizza at Marcos it was covered in everything but meat. The meat peices are so small you can barely see them, forget about tasting the meat! Today the same thing, but today my pizza was tough to chew. If I am paying $23.00 for pizza, I want to be able to enjoy it! NEVER again! Twice now, the pizza has been bad, that's no coincidence! Just say no to Marcos!

Lost a customer. Have been a Marcos Pizza customer long before the franchise came to Gainesville. This is the newest location to open. It's a challenge to get to, but I was in the area, so placed a call to learn about carry-out specials. I was told carry out specials are only offered online. So, if you call ahead, or go in store to order, you will pay full price. Thankfully, the other Gainesville location up on NW 13th and 39th value their customers, they don't have an "online only" policy. By the way, the north location is not affiliated with this Tower Road location. I highly recommend the north Gainesville 13th/39th or even the Ocala location on US 27. A learning experience for me, that I am sharing. I will continue to be a consumer of Marcos, but not at this location.
