Exceptional prime ribeye - well seasoned. Many sides to choose from - great tableside service.

Upscale place, low light atmosphere, candles and tablecloths. Waiters were well trained and pleasant. Petit filet (lady) was very well presented and done to order. Strip (man) was a little tough, sauce was good. Enjoyed the crab fingers appetizer. A nice experience for a special occasion.

We go to Marks a couple of times a year. We are always treated wonderfully. The food has never let us down. It makes for a very nice evening of drinks, great food, and conversation with my wife. Compliments to our server Scott on our most recent visit.

We celebrated our 24th Wedding Anniversary there and it was wonderful. This is our yearly tradition and it's always good and the servers are very attentive.

Kristoff is the man; excellent service and a great personality, he made the evening unforgettable. Each of his recommendations were spot on and made for one of our best visits to Mark's Prime. We will be sure to ask for him next time we're in town.

Food and service were excellent. Steaks were great and the bacon Brussels sprouts were fantastic. Berry Bread Pudding was delicious.

$51 NY strip was stringy, grisly. $22 scallops (for 3) were overcooked, chewy. Lobster in mac-and-cheese wasn't fresh, tasted very fishy. Wife's filet was good. Service was good. Total bill with 3 drinks for our anniversary dinner was $250. We won't go again due to food quality, back to Embers.

We've never been to a Mark's Prime Steakhouse so we decided to try it. Unfortunately, as much as we wanted to like it, we were disappointed. Right when you walk in it smells of burning rubber. I've been to many high end steak houses and this isn't what I'm used to smelling. Smokey is what I was expecting...not burning rubber. I ordered a medium New York strip which was very fatty and extremely chewy. My better half had the petite filet which was just ok and was paired with the bearnaise sauce. The sauce seemed to be where the burning rubber smell came from so that was a hard no for us. Although our server was friendly and made us feel welcome, we felt she was trying to rush us through our dinner to turn the table quickly. For the price we were paying, and in comparison to other steak houses, the customer isn't usually rushed into ordering their meal within the first 10-15 minutes of being seated. We had to let the server know not to rush our order as we were wanting to relax and enjoy the evening. Maybe we caught them on an off night in the kitchen but we were disappointed with the quality of the steaks for the price we paid.

We had family visiting with us for Father's Day. Everyone enjoyed the experience- from the lobster sliders appetizer to the salads, entree and decadent desserts. 👍👍👍

Service was perfect Kara was awesome! Lobster slider appetizer was amazing. As usual Marks didn't disappoint! Everything we had was perfect chopped salad bacon wrapped filet and buttered corn. Raspberry sorbet for dessert perfect date night out!

Took a friend to celebrate her birthday. We loved the upscale atmosphere (white tablecloths, well paced service). The butter poached lobster tails were tender and tasty, as were the vegetables. The drinks were delicious and sophisticated, the wine list is extensive and marked up much less than other restaurants. A great place for a celebration!

Our special go-to Resturant in Gainesville FL. Christof was great and complimented the entire experience. Stay at home during ANY UF graduation, parents weekend, etc.
