We always have a wonderful experience every time we dine at Mark's. The whole staff is fabulous and I just don't have enough kind words to say how wonderful Carmell and Valerie are. You are truly blessed to have them at Mark's.
We had a wonderful evening at Mark's Prime Steakhouse in Gainesville. The food was clearly fresh and well-prepared, but it lacked the depth and intense flavor I was expecting for a restaurant of this caliber. As a NYer ive been to a lot of steak houses and this ranks right up there. Great service, 2 different steaks were cooked perfectly and tasted great. In an area of the country that is lacking upscale food, this is a diamond in the rough. Definitely going back
