From the second I walked in I did not feel a very welcoming environment. The person ringing up my order did not greet me or welcome me in. I felt rushed despite there not being a line. She set my number on the counter instead of handing it to me. Then I receive my food and she asked if I needed anything which I did not. Not once did anyone check on me or other guests to see if we needed refills or to ask how the food was. My soup was hot but bland tasting. My sandwich was lukewarm. I had to walk up to the counter to get my own refill. Its sad to see this business had better customer service a few years ago than it does now when I mentioned that I was never checked on as well as other customers she simply said she was sorry and they really should have involved a manager so this issue could be addressed so others do not have same experience I did not even want to waste my time complaining about the food as it did not seem they would actually care to fix problem based on my interactions with both team members. What I dont understand is how cluttered restaurant was why do they have catering stuff stacked up in the open where the dining room is and other stuff along hallways. I believe that could be a safety issue as something could fall on child or customer and cross contamination. Most restaurants have a storage closet or shed to put things in. I truly hope they make changes to make this place more welcoming and friendly and not send food out if its not hot. I spent $20 and the experience was not worth the amount I paid.

Always a great experience from the friendly staff to very good food. A really good selection of food choices. They also have the best iced tea.

First, this place is outlandishly expensive. $18 for a sub with no drink.
Second, I ordered the pork nachos for $12 and they were absolutely horrible. Inedible. I tried my hardest to eat it (and not send it back) but I couldn't stomach another bite. It was a complete waste of money.
The girl at the counter was very kind and helpful but the manager thought that I was just trying to get free food and refused to replace the meal, only offer a half sandwich.
It is absolutely ridiculous that they even sell this to people. This was the first and last time I will ever eat at a McAllisters.

We won a free lunch through a local radio station promotion and couldn’t wait to try the food! The meal was absolutely delicious — everything was fresh, flavorful, and exceeded our expectations.
When we arrived the same day we received the coupon, we realized it had an expiration date that had technically already passed. Without hesitation, the staff graciously honored it anyway with warm smiles and zero hassle. Their kindness and outstanding customer service truly made the experience even better.
Thank you for the incredible food and exceptional hospitality — we’ll definitely be back (this time as paying customers)!

Terrible experience tonight.. numerous unclean tables and it was not a busy time…. It was 4 PM.
Both of our orders were messed up. And I specifically said no tomato on my sandwich opened it up and there it was I had to scrape it off with most of my cheese. My potato soup was so watery and barely had any potatoes in it. The bill was $28 for two sandwiches tonight. Definitely not worth it.

This place is always good. The service was good and the place clean. My sandwich and soup were great but my wife's cuban sandwich was ok and my son's pizza looks like I could have bought it at the store myself.

This place is a disgrace. I used to eat here all the time years ago as a treat with my mother. Morning sickness has been making it impossible for me to eat anything and McAlister's was the only thing that sounded appealing and like my stomach could handle it. My husband, son, and I went there for the first time in years and it was a major disappointment. The staff was incredibly rude and seemed irritated and condescending that we had a baby with us. Our waitress was the one with an eyebrow piercing.
We ordered the ultimate nachos and the BLT. When the food came out the nachos were gross and the avocado on it was rotten and spoiled. The portion sizes were pathetic for what we paid for them. We asked the staff to just remake it without the avocados and they gave us the plain ones instead and didn't comp the price difference between them.
It was a massive waste of $25 going there and I want a refund. We all left still hungry and I left even more nauseous than when I went in.
First time trying this place, very easy to order online. Love that they have gluten free options! Sandwich was delicious. Will definetely be back, service was quick and easy.

The manager named Christy made it look like I stoled from McAlister's I felt embarrassed because all eyes are on me I am severely disabled with high levels of anxiety and I was told to just grab a normal sized cookie when I had ordered the kids meal because they forgot to give me my cookie Christy took the liberty to come up to me and accuse me of stealing thing you need to pay for that not carrying that I was given it buy another employee I don't appreciate people who treat disabled people like trash and make us feel singled out and falsely accused of doing something we didn't do I think Christy either needs to be removed from the location or retrained and definitely not be a manager position.

My service was excellent. The manager (Christy Oliver) herself brought out my food, she went above and beyond in her customer service. The store was clean, as busy as it was it was not chaos, food was made and served promptly. Although I live out of town I frequent this restaurant frequently and have always had EXCELLENT service.

A refreshing take on American Deli, large portions, tremendous service, ate here with the family and would gladly do so again. One of the few restaurant experiences I've had recently that didn't leave me reeling. Food was exceptionally prompt and fresh. We ordered across the menu and nothing disappointed. We'll definitely be back in the future.
