Went there at 8:30 pm when there was nobody else in line or inside and they said “be with you in a minute” and then didn’t come back for 10 minutes so I left. Every time I come to this McDonald’s I’m reminded how horrible the service is and know not to come back for a few years. Can’t believe corporate hasn’t shut down this pathetic excuse for a franchisee

Buns were chewy and felt weird, burgers dried out and a tiny piece of lettuce and half slice tomato, qrt size piece of bacon and 3/4 of a small fry. This is the second time I've gotten really old food.

Placed my order over an hour before close and they cancelled it because they already cleaned the grill and wouldn’t make my burger. I’ve worked in customer service, you don’t close an hour before the restaurant does. Very dissapointing.

Went through the drive through. Lady who took my money wasn't rude but not McDonald's friendly. The one who gave me the food was borderline rude. Food was barely wrapped. I'd avoid that place. People in the parking area begging. Never again. I've gone through a zillion drive throughs and never had anything like this.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had in a restaurant in my whole life. They didn’t have eggs so I had a biscuit sandwich with cheese and bacon. Staff was completely unprofessional and rude. I asked for a refund, and this was 2 weeks ago, and nothing. Horrible service. If I could o would give them -5 stars.

incompetent staff, guy at the drive through kept asking me to repeat myself then when I Raised my voice to make sure he could hear it then all of a sudden the manager gets on the horn and says "don't yell the speaker is bad". If true, then that should be information posted on the drivethru or given to the customer. I had to wait 30 minutes after that for my food I mobile ordered and 5 other people were served before me, at 7:00 at night when it the lobby wasn't even packed. I guess the same person who employs the rude workers at the west university ave McDonald's employs them here. Avoid both of these locations if you actually want to be served by people who take pride in their job, and are efficient. The 30 minutes I waited in that line could have been 30 minutes waiting at a sit down restaurant for food 3 times the costs of McDonalds.

12/3/2024 I Waited 23 minutes in line at the speaker on a mobile order just to be told at the window they don't have sweet and sour sauce. Then asked for a refund and the manager had a nerve to have an attitude, no apology no nothing. Just to see someone pushing boxes of sauces to the front. I have tried not to leave reviews because its always something and you keep in kind its McDonalds but this is UNACCEPTABLE!!

Me and my family ordered some stuff and she told us the machine was gone also she had an attitude due to my family member had to change her entire order because why have the mcflurries and other items up if the machine is gone which we knew was a lie. The employee threw the money in my hand and got to the second window you can hear them talking about people whos in line. We didn’t receive staws and my sprite was watered down. Another employee kept walking back looking all into my car. I normally get great service but it depends on the employees working.

I just went thru drive-thru at McDonald's and ordered bacon egg and cheese biscuit. I got a biscuit with sausage. They left out the egg, bacon and cheese! You want $20 bucks an hour and you suck!

I've been to this location several times, and usually it's fine. Not great, but fine. The usual no ice cream, occasional long waits, sometimes cold fries. Whatever. I'm not a fan of McD's anyway, but my GF likes it. Today, I went and ordered her usual, a large #5 with a coke and a McDouble w/o pickle. It was the regular price. I said no to a receipt and pulled up to get the food and the bag had a small fry in it. I explained the mistake, and a woman behind the lady working the window started yelling that it's what we ordered. Unfortunately, I didn't have the receipt to prove it, but I explained my order that I ordered a large #5 and I got a large coke but a small fry and she continued to yell that it's what we ordered. She then said we ordered a medium but we could pay the difference for a large, but if I ordered a medium, then why did I get a small and why did she first insist that I ordered the small and why was it the same $15 it always is for a large? At that point I was pretty heated so I just left, but I'm obviously very upset. Moral is to always get a receipt and to avoid the McD's on East University, Gainesville.

At times, especially in the morning, it can be super quick. The folks in the window are nice and friendly. I did have one bad experience where I went inside. I ordered a few separate orders on my cash app because I was getting a few meals for my coworkers. The manager was upset because s/he kept having to put in her code so I could keep swiping my card. Then when I was missing a couple of items, she swore up and down I did not order them even though I had the receipts in my hand. Another worker gave them to me, but I didn't feel great about behind talked about behind my back. I work at NFETC and my break is only 30 mins. I don't mean to be such a bother.
