Definitely the worst McDonald’s I have been to we order our food and still had to wait for a frappe they “forgot to make” so waited a few more minutes to be told they don’t have Carmel only mocha so I just got the mocha get the mocha and nor even a line of drizzle in my cup when I paid 0.75 for extra to not even get none ???? How is 103rd McDonalds better then a “college town McDonald’s”?

We ordered online and went to pick up the food via drive-through. We had to wait for about 15 min in the drive through line (there was no long line and only one car was in front of us). The service was incredibly slow. We ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches , and we found a hair inside one of the sandwich while eating that. This is by far the worst Mcdonalds service I have ever experienced. They should really work on their service and hygiene care of this place.

Literally the nastiest McDonald’s I’ve ever been in. No clean tables. Water on the floor in front of the drink machine, which I slipped in. And disgusting bathrooms. If I could give it 0 starts I would. Employees also have nasty attitudes.

I realized it was almost 4 in the morning, but when someone asks you for a hot coffee, then it should be hot. After spending hours in the ER I needed a coffee. I found the closest McDonald's. I waited quite a while to ask for a coffee. Only to get said coffee and have it not hot at all. If I threw this at someone they would only be mad that they were wet. No concern at all for the temperature of the liquid.

The food was fine, basic MickeyD's. What wasn't fine was how long we waited for counter service because I only had cash this trip and so couldn't use the self-service.In addition, their bathrooms were closed for repairs, which would have been fine if any one of the five sanitizer dispensers had some sanitizer at least.To top it off (not important, but just to note), the employee that prepped my daughter's happy meal box didn't believe me when I told her that they forgot to add a toy to the box.Anyway, next time, I'll check what other options are in the immediate area first.

I visited around 9 p.m., but I was told that ordering at the kiosk was not possible and that I could only order through the app. As a visitor to Gainesville, I couldn't install the app, so I asked the staff for help, and they happily accepted my order through the drive-thru.It feels both friendly and unfriendly.I ordered a Big Mac and it didn't feel as moist as a Korean Big Mac, but it was edible and delicious.
