Came to this location out of town and had a horrible experience with the staff. We ordered almost $40 worth of food. We did table service and we were missing half of our order. When I advised the staff of this, they insisted they bagged it up and said it was ridiculous that we were asking for what we paid for. (Including manager) We had to make multiple trips up to the front of the store to ask for missing items. Fries were all hard and most of our food wasn’t prepared how we ordered it. We will never come to this location again due to how we were treated.

Mobile order. They did not get the order correct and then had to go back and get my drink that they forgot as well. The hashbrowns tasted like the oil was old. I even had my spouse try it and he said OLD oil. The woman at the drive thru was wearing a mask and appeared very sick with horse voice. Not good..wear gloves too or stay home. We love McD breakfast and have eaten at a lot of McDs traveling the country this year. I threw everything out b4 finishing.This McD is my only neg review ever. Do BETTER here!

All I can say is that I feel that I must start essentially boycotting locations that refuse to have a working ice cream machine. I know that it's an internet joke and it was funny for maybe a couple of years, but we're going on decades of a multi-billion dollar international company not being able to keep something as simple as a soft serve machine running. Going in and having basic soft drinks like tea and not having an ice cream machine running for a 15 mile radius in the entire Gainesville. Metro area is just starting to make me not want to come there anymore. I appreciate that. The employees at this location were very kind but I worked in fast food for nearly 15 years and it takes a little maintenance to keep a soft serve machine clean and running and stocked as it was the highest profit machine in the entire store for the price of the machine. Not having it running at one of the biggest food chains on the planet in the 21st century when we were supposed to have flying cars and they can't even keep a soft serve machine running for literally even a day or two at a time. I am just not a very satisfied customer.

I would avoided this McDonald’s at any cost not only do they run out of food but when they do, they will not give you a refund and their managers don’t care they give you the runaround hang up on you and do everything possible to sit there and be like you’ll get it back and then never do.
