First the staff was working very hard-clearly understaffed. Only one window open and they got the order wrong twice but were really trying. When I got the order which was wrong but charged correctly, the chicken nuggets were terrible. It was a drive thru order. It’s been a while since this McDonald’s has run smoothly. They really need to help these hard workers.

Went intending to dine in, all doors were locked, the drive thru was open and stagnant. We found a restaurant that had unlocked doors and prompt service
Absolutely piss poor service and food. Took 15 mins to get our order after being parked. Then we have cold fries that have been sitting for god only knows how long. Cold chicken and burnt buns some of the buns were all top buns. Like if nothing was fresh what were we waiting for so long for ? only 3 cars came through the 15 mins we waited. Just hope the owners of this McDonald’s see this. This is totally unacceptable
