Went with my mother. Was greeted by a very pleasant young man. A server(not ours) took our drink orders and brought the plates. Our server showed up right as the other server was taking our drink orders. We weren't ready to order, so she left. We ordered our meals, and waited. Our server never showed up again. Someone else served our meals. I ordered a hamburger and fries with a side ceasar salad. I asked for medium(pink in the middle) and got what looked like a very rare, almost raw hamburger, which when I asked about it, was argued with by a server that what I had was indeed a medium burger. He did offer to get me a new one, but I was turned off by the whole experience. The French fries were not crisp, but over oily and floppy. My mother ordered appetizers, fried jalapeños and the tex mex chicken nachos. She said the jalapeños were good, but anyone with eyes could tell that the nachos had been under a heat lamp for a long time. The chicken looked dry and inedible. When we were done, our server showed up and asked if we wanted anything else, which we just asked for the check. This was a lunch meal, the restaurant was not busy so no excuse for the poor meal and non existent server. We will never return and will be sure to announce to the world how bad you are. Also, the handicapped parking is on the other side of the building, whereas the pickup parking was right in front of the entrance!! How does that make sense!!

Food was dry, as in sat under a heat lamp too long. and the hamburger was rare rather than medium. The manager came over and tried to convince us that red meant medium, not rare. On top of all that, the bill was almost $50, for two people to have lunch, a very poor lunch for such a high price. Will never go there again. Our server was a lovely young lady who only came by our table once as she was the only one serving the lunch hour

Great food for a chain. Everything was made fresh and pretty quick. You have to try the Mountain Melt. Noah was a great server.

Came in with a party of 12 THREE HOURS before close. We were ignored, servers and hostesses avoided us and even when one came up to the host stand, she avoided eye contact with my friend who was standing directly in front of her. It was only when he initiated conversation that she spoke to him. Incredibly rude, we were not given an accurate wait time just a “we’ll see when we can seat you” passive statement. I’ve worked at a restaurant before, and I understand the feeling when it’s close to the end of your shift and a large party comes in. However, to be treated like this by the entire staff was baffling. Not coming back.

I have asked someone to call myself or my husband but yet no one does. We went to your website and filled out a form but that did no good. Your business ruined my birthday! We have been here every year for my birthday since 2012 and this year was absolutely terrible!

Went on a Saturday night during March Madness before it got too crowded. Sat in a booth for 4. Haley was our server... She was AMAZING!! So easy to talk with, funny and just seem to get "us" as we were VERY hungry, thirsty and tired LOL. All our food was amazing, quick and hot... It was a bday celebration and I desperately wanted Capt. Jacks.. Someone must have given Haley a heads up and she told me that they were out.. I was disappointed and she looked a bit uncomfortable saying it. Then about 3 servers came out, with it and a candle and sang.. It was VERY cute.. We LOVE Ale House always but I will say she made the experience EXTRA fun!! The manager stopped by the table as well to check on us.. We can't wait to go back!!

A friend and I came here for dinner and we both enjoy eating healthy. The Veggie Masala Burger sounded great to us and looked great on the online menu we checked out prior to arriving . What we ordered was not anything close to the picture or the description . Lack of any spice in the taste , non toasted dry roll that tasted like cardboard , an orange colored breaded crumbly dry veggie patty that looked nothing like the grilled version online and tasted microwaved or like it had been frozen . We were very hungry and ate the “food” but told the server it was disappointing and to make sure nobody else was served this unsatisfactory menu selection. The pic is from online .Vegetarian options: Almost no options worth coming here for except the beer

We meet our granddaughter and great-grandchildren there they come in from Georgia we come in from Tampa we had been going to the Texas Roadhouse you get off the interstate we gave them two tries they won't be a third we were first in line which really means nothing but we were there because there's a halfway point for both of us to meet have lunch and be with each other for a little while The service was terrible The food we were watching people that came in after us get their food eat and leave and then we find out that they gave a hero's 10% discount because of a veteran being in our party I spent $158 and change and got $2.37 for his effort of being a hero we won't ever be back there we decided to give Miller's ale House a chance because we have been to the one in Brandon Florida and one of my son-in-laws had been to one somewhere else on his work we will be meeting there from now on thank you for giving us an opportunity
