Worst music/Playlist I have ever heard. Food, fine; standard Moe's fare. Service is fine. But maybe it's because I eat at this store a few times a month, I tend to have pretty broad taste in music and I can't stand the music played in this store. It's just bad.

Food is always good. Ample servings and very friendly staff make it a great place to eat.

This place has declined in quality significantly in recent years..Chips are often undercooked, many items are always out when you show up, food preparation and ingredients quality has diminished, and customer service has gone down hill as well. Came the other day and the drink machine was out of ice, one of the toilets was clogged, the chips were undercooked, and my quesadilla wasn't thrown on the grill whatsoever. Tend to avoid this place instead of frequenting it these days despite it being the closest restaurant to my house.

Between the burnt chicken, brown lettuce, lack of greeting (welcome to moes), the dirty tables and flooded bathroom I wish I would have stopped to have lunch somewhere else. I am a big Moes fan but that was the worst one I have been too.

They always forget my chipotle ranch. They’d usually forget it when I order online so I figured I’d go and order in person to solve the problem. Nope. Employee still forgot to put my chipotle ranch on my bowl even though I told him to his Face i’d like some. Really not that hard to put some dressing on a bowl. Ruined my dinner break

What happened to good old Moes?
The chips were unfortunately stale and had a bitter taste, and while the quesadilla was okay, the presentation was quite messy. The customer service was very lacking, with only two young employees working and no one attending to the tables to maintain some cleanliness, despite the place being nearly empty. There was also a bucket collecting water from a leaking roof, and several tables had leftover silverware, napkins, and crumbs. I would encourage the management to address these issues to improve the overall customer experience.

Do not order here!
Ordered delivery and was supposed to have 2 soft shell tacos, 2 hard shell & a bowl with rice, beans, cheese and sour cream. The tacos came shoved in one container all hard shells, crumbled. The bowl had no sour cream and was covered in lettuce. Also was supposed to have 3 of the free chips and salsa with each meal and got no salsa just 3 bags of chips. The chicken on 2 of the tacos was burnt. There’s no way to contact anybody about the order and they don’t pick up the phone

No foot traffic leading to stale food. Horrible service. The dine in area was clean but no surprises there, no one eats here. Surprised they’re in business.

Just avoid this place if you can. They don’t label the burritos so unless you want to unwrap and dig through a burrito to see which one is vegetarian don’t do it. The burritos were big but cold. We ate within 10 minutes and they were not even warm. The stacker was probably the worst thing I’ve ever had. Maybe it’s just this location but darn. It was bad. Everything about this place was bad. Not good at all. And the employees could really not care less. It’s amazing.

How is Moe's still in business? The quality of the food, service and atmosphere has plummeted over the past 10 years. The employees here look miserable and mumble when taking your order. The chips are cold and stale. The ingredients in my burrito looked and tasted like they had been sitting out all day. The restaurant is dirty and dead inside. And to top it off, it's almost $40 for two people to get what is essentially cheap fast food. I give up on this place. It's not what it used to be.

Moe's has really gone downhill over the years. Rice and beans are lackluster and their steak was dry and overcooked. The chips and salsa were good but that was about it.
