The food was cold. I used to go here but I don't think I will anymore. The lady behind the counter is awful. She acted totally grouchy like I was interfering with her time. The other one out west of I75 is better.

I used to love Moe’s and idk if it’s just this location or if Moe’s has fallen off the last few years but I have been so disappointed with my food every time I’ve gone here. Stale chips, rice is always over cooked and seems old, and condiments like the sour cream seem watery & like they’ve been sitting out way too long. The last 5 times I’ve eaten here it’s been one or more of these issues every time & it’s sad that my experiences have been bad enough for me to not really want to return due to my love of this place in the past. Management really needs to get on top of food quality as well as rotating fresh food more often cause it seems like even though the food “looks” fresh, when you bite into it you can taste & tell by texture that it’s been sitting out way too long.

this used to be my go to location. how ever, i dont know if its just the online orders but the last 2 times ive ordered from this location ive been super disappointed.. First the burritos were micro compared to how much they usually stuff them. Im used to the portions being a lot more fair for the price, especially when you order online it's more expensive.. The burrito was tiny both times and both times they didnt give us the salsa for our chips.. And the ground beef tasted burnt. yall really need to tighten up or i dont see this location being around for much longer..

Absolutely awful. Went there and the two guys working didn't want to be there they were incredibly rude, unhelpful, and unfriendly no tip for you. Go to the one off archer.

My wife and I keep trying, mostly because of nostalgia, and we know the food can be good if made right. But the service is a nightmare and it seems like no one working there cares. This time we had a tough time ordering off of the Moes app. Half of the address was cut off to where the driver could not see the house number. We called the store and we were told the order was likely stolen. Fortunately that was not the case but the food was cold by the time it was delivered. My wife's bowl was missing four ingredients and had a very small portion of everything she did get, dry rice, burnt chicken. My burrito was missing corn pico but was quite tasty after I microwaved it. The queso was delicious of course but the chips were a travesty. No seasoning, stuck together, burnt in some spots yet soggy in others. An absolute master class of how to not make chips. We called to see about a remake for my wife's bowl but we were told we could not be refunded anymore. We were not sure what that meant. We had never been refunded before but have had to have remakes. The orders have been wrong several times and will continue to be that way until Moes hires people who care.

Worst music/Playlist I have ever heard. Food, fine; standard Moe's fare. Service is fine. But maybe it's because I eat at this store a few times a month, I tend to have pretty broad taste in music and I can't stand the music played in this store. It's just bad.
