I had to create an account on yelp just to leave a review, the manager guy was nice and helped me with my deal, the workers were absolutely horrible. I don't know where they find these highschoolers that just don't care, but they don't care. The food was awful. I asked for chicken and they gave me three chunks and I am not exaggerating three singular tiny little chunks of chicken, and when I asked for a real scoop, they said, a second scoop would be more.

If there was a negative star rating i would have given them a negative ( -5*) Man that claimed to be the manager would not even give me his name because, I know he was aware of how badly he was treating me. Found out later his name is Westley something! His employees whispered it to me. The Extreamly small portion size that was given was less than 1/2 of what I get at any other Moe's, both in Lake City and Alachua. When I politely asked him for a bit more he made me feel worst than some one unfortunate, going through a homeless shelter line., and said loudly, and rudely, there is a $2.99 up charge for every item extra! Not even some one going through a shelter line should be treated rude. WT heck! I was just asking politely for a bit more Added to the shortage that I was used to at other MOE's. Very poor customer service! He was so very demeaning to me even a complete stranger came over to me, that was behind me in line and said he felt badly about the way the server treated me. Come to find out when I asked for some one in management to talk to about my rude servic, he came to the front. When I asked for his name he told me, "It's none of your business and if you dont like it, don't come back!" Funny because the woman in front of me in line had already asked for someone else to prepare her bowl because he was being so stingy with her portions and everything she asked for was an up charge. EXTREMELY poor an insulting management!

Cashier needs more training. Something could be done to the chairs to prevent them screeching across the concrete floor. The drink station is a little awkward when you have traffic going in and out in the same aisle and everyone is carrying a tray, maybe trying to guide kids who aren't paying attention. Does anyone sanitize the tables, between guests, or ever?

Eating at this Moe’s was the only dietary difference between my husband and I yesterday (10/4/23) and he came home after his shift 8 hours after eating it with severe food poisoning. Take it as a sign that there is rarely anyone in this restaurant….

I personally love Moe's. However today I came in to pick up an online order and there was a small wait. I didn't mind waiting it was only 2 people working and I'm in no rush, my problem is that the white/hispanic male employee was so rude and condescending when communicating with the other employee (black twists in his hair) and it was very uncomfortable to watch. He had a nasty attitude in everything he said and then had the audacity to argue with a customer at the register about a mistake HE made. I don't know who owns the location, but yall should handle that employee before he makes the location a bad one. The other employee was very fast and attentive to me and the other customers in line and I really appreciate that from him because imagine doing your job with a nasty person like who I described above, and still managing to maintain excellent customer service. I wouldn't be able to do it.Food is good but bad service will make people choose somewhere else.

The food was terrible. I got a burrito and some chips and cheese dip, and the chips and cheese dip were disgusting. The chips are stale. The service was okay, but I asked for cheese on my burrito, and they put very little cheese on it. The ambiance was okay again, but it was very hot, and they need the air conditioning to be lower.

I just picked up my order. The woman at the counter was extremely rude and didn’t greet me. She didn’t hand me my food and made me grab it myself. When I told her to have a good day she just said “uh huh”.

I hardly ever leave a bad review, however I felt compelled to share my experience. Gone are the days of "Welcome to Moes", now it's just two understaffed workers clearly unhappy to see you. Beans weren't fully cooked, meat had been there for hours. My $12 burrito was something more akin to something off the Taco Bell value menu. Save yourself the time and disappointment.

I used to be a big fan of Moe’s and ate there frequently. The food quality has been constantly going down, especially at this location. You can tell the chicken and the rice were cooked many hours prior to being served.

We got there right before closing but they were very polite. They closed down all the ones down here so it was such a treat to have Moe's. Great portion sizes and it was very delicious.

Horrible service 4 pieces of steak on home wrecker for 17 bucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If I ask for guacamole and have to pay extra, I would like more than 1/2 a teaspoon!!!!!
