They need to clean the seating area and bathrooms. Food and service good just clean up please. Mess was definitely not from recent customers. Have visited this location on previous occasions but appears to need more attention.

Not enough staff for the business on Kids eat free day. One person for online orders & one person for walk in clients. Didn't have some food available at the time of ordering. Food was cold. This was my 1st time trying Moe's it has put a bad taste in my mouth. I am willing to try another Moe's but not this location.

This place is nasty. Haven’t been here in several years and oh my how it has gone down. The food isn’t too bad but the place is disgusting. It stinks, it is just not clean anymore yuck! Not to mention when we left there was a transit outside asking for money. Won’t be going back. What a shame used to be such a good place

Amazing customer service - from the moment we walked in through out the meal to the moment we walked out. The place and restrooms were clean. Food was delish - same flavors I expect from Moe’s.

Took forever to get out order completed , there was food debris all over the counter space, and the worker gave me an attitude when he couldn’t roll my burrito, and asked if he could fold it into a taco instead. I heard him say he was the general manager (big guy with glasses). How do you hire someone that can’t roll a burrito to manage a burrito shop ?????

This Moe’s location is consistently terrible. I’ve placed multiple online orders and they always get them wrong. Twice now, they’ve left out basic essentials like rice, beans, and pico, literally just sour cream in a tortilla. I had to drive back twice to get it fixed, and not once did anyone apologize. They never answer the phone, so you can’t even get help without going in person.

Most of the employees seem lost, distracted, or just not paying attention. The service is slow, disorganized, and honestly, the cleanliness of the place has gone downhill too.

Horrible service overall! I do not recommend this Moe’s location to anyone.
