If I could give this place 0/5 stars I would. Terrible waiter forgot our orders numerous times. Ended up not bringing half of the food we ordered, and the food that they did bring was incorrect. Wings were served cold and we're even allowed to take them home...? Glad this place is closing. See you never! Hope you enjoyed the $0 tips from all of us!!!

I was hesitant about visiting mothers because of the typical bar scene in Gainesville, but Aiden gave me and my friends such a good experience we definitely will be coming back. Anyone looking for a good time and friendly service- ask for Aiden. He will show you a good time.

Very attentive bar staff, and we were there on probably the busiest day of the year--St. Patrick's Day! Fun atmosphere, great music.

Go to the other Mothers and you'll have a better experience. Ordered from the bar but sat with friends and because I ordered at the bar and not with her (didnt expect company) the waitress was very dismissive when it came to me. All because she would not be getting the tip on my order even though I was ordering more beer under her name.

They weren't at their best on this visit. I ordered an appetizer(chicken tenders & fries basket) but it came with the meal. No big deal. But the fries were room temp. They took them and brought out a replacement but they were overcooked. Probably just thrown back in the oil. Big no-no after the food was brought out to the table. I'll go again just to make sure it was only an off night. Very loud music, too.

The wings were on fire my brother and I ate the wings and had some beers before that gator basketball game. If you haven't been here your definitely missing out on some great wings and very friendly staff.

Yes it's a dive, yes it could use a few coats of paint, and yes the bathrooms aren't much more than paper towels in a roll on the floor and a clogged sink. Overlooking that, the place has a friendly, neighborhood vibe that makes you feel as though you've been coming here your whole life. The bartenders are super friendly and know their products inside and out. Regarding the food....do not pass up the amazing stuffed jalapeno peppers. These aren't anything like ones you've had before. They're HOT..so be prepared, but who wants a mild hot pepper??? Wings - great! Loaded tater tots - great! The rueben sandwich - great. I can truly say all the food I've eaten so far has been great. My favorite time to come is on football Sunday - yes NFL. You won't go wrong here at Mother's.

Cool spot to drink and watch football on game day. Didn't try any food, but it sounded good and others there said it was awesome. Door dash was there picking up large orders, so I can only assume it's worth it! Will definitely visit again.

Asked for a cosmopolitan and got a sauce container full of lime juice and no liquor or cranberry juice? Also they might use 1 oz instead of 1.5 oz for measurement, just something to know about. Atmosphere is good.

Came on a Thursday. Food took an hour and a half to come out and was cold. Paid $11 for “tater wings” which ended up consisting of a plate of tater tots and maybe a single chicken wing cut up into insanely small pieces, which should be a crime. Worth $6 at best. Beers were served at room temperature, and on the bill cost more than the waitress had told us. Spend your time and money elsewhere.

Dive bar Irish pub and grill on the main drag, this is the place I love to go to for breakfast on Saturday morning when I am here. The breakfast sandwich is primo and where else can you get shepherds pie at 9 AM. Everything I've ever had for breakfast was superb. The best part is there is available parking, no crowd, and good service.

Food was incredible. Disco was the cook that day. He made a quesadilla I will never forget. Eat here and love life.
