I started going to Mother's like a month ago after work for a couple of beers and some wings because I heard they were the best and I wasn't disappointed. I love the live music and atmosphere. Natalie and Bre are very friendly!

The place deserves 0 stars if I could give it. The female owner there is very rude and impatient, I can't believe this place is in business. A friend and I came here a few nights ago we sat at the bar and my friend was asking about a drink that he didn't see on the shelf the owner was the bartender and seen as though she had a hard time understanding him because the band was playing instead of being patient and ask him to repeat what he was saying she just walked off. A regular that sat next to me stated that she was in fact the owner and said basically if you are not a regular or don't she will treat you like this. We got up and left, and will not be back. I hear about businesses going out of business in Gainesville this one should be one of them. I think the only thing that's keeping them open is her regulars

What happened to this place...derelicts at r he bar, the greasiest burgers on the planet...using old disgusting meat and the bartender Lincoln has no customer service skills is petulant at best and serves greasy out of date or left out food in my opinion...will never go there again...place is for dogs...yet they don't allow them...hmmm

The absolutely worst experience I have ever received from management. If I could rate this establishment with negative stars I would. I will never, ever, ever step foot back into this establishment and everyone should do the same. Natalie is the rudest, emotionally unintelligent, sarcastic person to be running an establishment... she actually called the sheriff department on me and my family to have us removed and escorted out for "TRESPASSING" because my 22 year old daughter took a sip of my watered down cocktail. We explained she was 22 and showed her a picture of her ID on the phone, but because it wasn't a physical ID she kicked us out without a warning or so much of coming to our table to have a conversation with us. We have been in Mothers multiple times and never been ID'd. Natalie came over with the sheriff dept escort with the most condescendingly smirk and attitude that was totally uncalled for. The food took forever to come out, so we were mid meal , minding our own business before ask to get up and leave. Needless to say we will never be back. Thank God the Sherrifs were very polite, which was the only plus about this night. They even had to ask her to give us to go trays. And yes I still had to pay for our $65 meal.

She insinuated that we "got free beer" and walked off on me as I was in mid sentence.Take your business elsewhere if you don't want to have a bad experience. We will not be back.

So this evening me and my boyfriend went to this location. When I say from beginning to end was a TERRIBLE experience that’s putting it lightly. The fries we ordered came out soggy, wings came out EXTREMELY spicy for a medium (my boyfriend is able to handle spice but even he was having trouble with it.) Had both of them redone and took 45 minutes and the wings still came out SUPER spicy and ended up just sending them back with no wings for myself. Then proceeded to speak to the manager to inform her of the experience and she walked away right when my bf was in mid sentence with her. Ended up my boyfriend had to pay for his food and drinks so all in all I would NOT recommend coming here. We will absolutely not be back.

A great bar. The best thing about Florida is that most bars have bands, and this place was always live. The bar is extremely well managed. It’s a great place to catch the games too. Locals love this place and I did too. Awesome staff.

My wife had a fish and chips lunch special with one piece of fish about the size of three fingers and tater tots and slaw. I think the oil needed to be replaced in the fish fryer. I had a Reuben and fries. Good fries and the sandwich had lots of fatty corned beef - very greasy. I couldn't finish.
