Mr. & Mrs. Crab - Gainesville

We were passing through the city and someone had recommended this establishment if we were ever in the area. We are so glad we did! The hostess was very nice. We placed our order to go. If you are not a regular, you can call your order in and they will store it until you arrive to pay for it before they prepare it. She did reassure me it would only take 5 to 7 minutes once we arrive. We order 1 pound of snow crabs each and I added a lobster tail. 1 order was lemon pepper with medium spice and the order was garlic butter seasoning with medium spice. Both delicious!!! The only thing I'd recommend is have you lobster on the side. With the lobster being in the bag with the crab it took away from taste of the lobster. The food was DELICIOUS!!! We will be back. There is a fee if you order lemon and butter to go, but not if you dine in. That was my only dislike. I hope you enjoy. Bon Appétit.

0 start , Got seated servers looked at us for 20 minutes no drinks offered never came and attended us ended up walking out . Really disappointed due to the fact that this place had 4-5 star review .

Environment good, service good. But don’t bother going for food. They get upset over you going in and ordering lower priced items, and only want you to fork out $30-75 for seafood boils and things.

Mind you I hate mr and Mrs. Every location in Orlando was extremely salty and dry no juice. But this location is great food is always top tier. Service is always amazing. Very friendly staff. Drinks are always on point too. Now this one staff member is always present and so kind give her a raise. Thank you for your amazing friendly service Kotda

I went there about three years ago and thought the food was decent. Recently, I decided to introduce it to some friend from out of state and ordered takeout. Unfortunately, the amount of seafood was significantly less than expected, and the snow crab was very dry and overly salty. Overall, it was quite a disappointment.

I can't recommend the fish and chips nor the Mac and cheese. However , the build a boil lived up to expectations. The sauce added a spicy flavor to the crab and shrimp.

My husband loves this place, since he is a seafood-lover! We've been here several times since they first opened; with friends, family, or with our own household. The only reason why I'm giving them a 4 out of 5 stars is because I wish they had a broader menu for people who don't eat seafood (me), even though I love their tenders with honey mustard dipping sauce. Only reason my family and I come here is because of my husband. Regardless, we've never had a bad experience. Food always comes out quick and hot. Service/waiters are fast when taking our orders, and super kind, and the atmosphere overall is friendly and clean. I honestly can't find anything negative to say about this establishment and will continue to dine here in the near future.
