The açaí bowls are good but the smoothies have barely any flavor and are just downright bad. Last time I had to throw away my smoothie because I couldn’t drink it.Shame because one of the best smoothies I’ve ever had was at a Nekter in California. Plz improve!

It was an okay smoothie, but to me they are way overpriced. I pay $6 max for a smoothie. $10 is too pricey. The service was also slow. It was just me and another customer and 3 employees. There are more than 1 blender, but I had to wait for them to finish 1st order, then slowly wash the blender while casually chatting to each other like there were no other customers and then start on my order. I don't appreciate that kind of service.

I ordered The Buzz and after I paied they told me that they don’t have currot so they will make it with extra orange (if they told me before I would have changed the order). I have waited for +15min (there was no other customers!) and then they told me that they cannot make it and asked me if I want a smoothie instead!!!!!! I canceled my order. Very bad service.

BEWARE! Do not order or spend hundreds of dollars on a juice cleanse online because the store won’t honor it and the Regional Manager does a great job at blowing off his customers and even the employees who try to help. Their website and my bank show that I paid for a 3-day juice cleanse and I have been to the store THREE TIMES to pick it up but the store location doesn’t show my order. Each time the Regional Manager has blown me and the staff off when reporting a problem and has yet to offer any solutions or give me the juices that I paid for! So frustrating how poor the leadership of this organization is. Corporate customer service number just rings and says “voicemail full”
