We were debating between Panera Bread and here, we were hoping this would be more unique. We ordered a Greek salad with grilled chicken, a cheesesteak, two kids pizzas and two drinks - spent over $50. The salad was decent but the chicken was thick sliced deli meat not a grilled chicken breast (as is alluded to on the menu). Cucumbers were missing but the other ingredients were there and the dressing was tasty. However the salad came dressed so I regretted not asking for dressing on the side. The cheesesteak was a pressed sandwich with sliced beef - a real grilled cheesesteak it was not. The pizza was doughy/chewy but the kids enjoyed it. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean. Overall we decided it’s close to the options you’d find at Panera, but without the delicious breads.

Food was good! Definitely going back! pasta salad was the bomb?? I had the chicken bacon ranch sub and lol. It kinda looked like the picture and that never freaking happens! Definitely tasty and definitely give it a try.

First time here for Lunch. This restaurant was super clean, great Manager, and very friendly staff too. My Husband had the Club sandwich with Chili, and I had the Taco salad. Both dishes were awesome! We definitely will return! Thank you!!

Food has always been delicious and fresh here but the service is also exceptional. When we received the wrong delivery from a third party service (which was a very large group order) they not only told us to keep the order but went out of their way to remake the correct food and have one of their own employees deliver it. Greatly appreciate the excellent customer service.

A very warm welcome. The place was extremely clean. The food was very yummy. We had the green goddess salad and a barbecue chicken pizza. The crust was amazing. Generous portions. First time we went to Newk’s was wonderful—food was great and staff were very friendly! We went a second time at 8 pm and had a completely different experience. I understand this was closer to closing time, but staff in the kitchen saw us standing at the register and didn’t acknowledge us. One employee even came out to get a drink from the drink machine, looked over at us, and went back to talking with other staff. We waited to see if maybe the host was in the back or if they were getting someone and no one ever came :( we ended up leaving after 10 minutes.

I highly recommend the Q's sandwich and the tortilla soup as well as the macaroni and cheese.The service is great and when they are getting busier at the register another staff members comes to the rescue and starts taking orders, so never is a long wait.

First visit to Newk's. The staff was great, the restaurant was clean and the food tasted great. I unfortunately got my pizza a little too quickly as the sausage was either not fully cooked or spoiled. The sandwich we got was amazing! I think I will try this location again but will be ordering a sandwich instead.
It's a nice place with mediocre to good quality food and not very pricey. The people usually provide good service.

I frequent Newk's Eatery and usually have a great experience. On Tuesday evening July 25th my experience was less than desirable!! I ordered the portobello mushroom pizza and side Caesar salad. The pizza was so greasy, it was inedible! Absolutely disgusting. It was so greasy, I had to clean my front seat where I had placed the box. Thank God for leather seats!! Highly disappointed! I pray this doesn't become the norm!!

This is a pseudo fast food restaurant. You order at the counter, take a seat with your number and wait for your food. It comes promptly and is delicious and a sizable portion. I had a green goddess salad - excellent! My wife had a chicken salad sandwich - also delicious. We will be back.
