Casual, cozy ambience. They had a screened, outdoor patio although we chose to sit indoors. Our waiter and servers were very friendly. The pork belly appetizer with plantains and mango sauce was amazing! Drinks were also good.

I don’t want to leave review that messes up their rating, but I’m gonna rate the experience I had today. It was Wed, noon lunch hr, dead as could be. Two guys helped me, nice enough, never asked how food was though, and honestly, not good. Steak burrito, hard to say that W straight face, given it had maybe w 1 ounce of 1/4in size pieces smothered in rice, too salty to eat so picked meat out. I got the broccoli corn chowder, that’s what he called it, tasted like baby food purée broccoli w dried corn. All of it went to my chickens they ate it so there ya go. Thanks. Oh beer was cold and they had a craft on tap 1 big nose my fav, stars for that washed it all down.

The screened porch looking over a quintessential Gainesville creek is a hidden gem. It was a hot summer afternoon and we still enjoyed eating lunch out there, but during the fall it’s going to be hard to get me to leave. The food was excellent and so was our server.

Food was fantastic. Service was excellent. Best chips, salsa, and guacamole I've ever had. I tried the Salmon Veracruz and it was out of this world. The staff is extremely friendly and they all work as a team and help each other. Refreshing to have an experience like this in today's service industry climate!

The food was amazing. Poor waiters were slammed and running frantically as they were a little short staffed. Since I don't have gluten issues, I ate my flour tacos instead of the corn tacos I ordered. Maybe next time they will give me corn tortillas like I asked them. Avocado egg rolls were super tasty with the chipotle mayo. The crema and yuca fries were also delectable. The veggie tacos were tasty, although I would appreciate some beans and tofu or even NOPAL in it. The free chips and salsa was great too. The salsa had a nice cilantro flavour. My friend said that their carnitas enchiladas were tasty too. We split the corn creme brulee and that was quite delicious as well.

Pleasant atmosphere. Polite staff. Good food with significant portions. The parking lot is pretty small, and the foliage needs pruning over certain parking spots, but it works during non busy hours.
