Tasty veggie burrito but it wasn't even fully folded and it was SUPER soggy.

I ordered 3 carne asada tacos from this place and was super disappointed. The taco was completely cold and they essentially just put all the ingredients on a single uncooked corn tortilla which turned to mush in my hands. I had to literally use a fork to eat the tacos on my plate. The beans and rice were okay. Not the best but definitely not the worst. Since I got this from a food truck, I'm wondering if maybe they just don't have a skillet back in the kitchen to properly cook the corn tortillas beforehand. For $14, this is not worth the money. I recommend eating at the Greek food truck next door instead.Update: After looking at pictures of other's tacos on here and realizing that the female employee has an attitude, I realized that they messed up my order either on purpose or out of laziness. As a result, I'm marking down the service to two stars.

I used to love this tacos but I went today and the food is not what it used to be. The birria doesn’t taste like birria, the consomé is watery and the barbacoa is tasteless and they come with a cheese that tastes like it’s old. I couldn’t eat. Not going back anymore. Do not recommend eating there.

I was super excited to see there was a location that sold barria tacos but I was highly dissatisfied and disappointed. The taco meat had no flavor The consme was watered down. The rice tasted like it was just white rice with tomato flavoring. This is definitely not worth the $15

I used to love this food truck but I came just the other day and got the worst customer service, when I got my food the tortilla was stale and as soon as I picked up the burrito it fell apart. I went back up to the food truck and asked as nice as possible if they could remake it or reconstruct it the woman rolled her eyes and said she doesn’t know if she can do it, she took the burrito back and flipped it over so I couldn’t see the sogginess of it ? the food is great but beware if some of the workers with their little attitudes.

I was very disappointed in finding out they overcharge in person. I checked by ordering online and it is cheaper to do that than to go in person. I don't know if they take it as a tip but it is definitely an overcharge. I understand the menu may not be updated (it's not. It is $1 more than what it says on the menu), but to be charged more in person than online? That's not right. If you order it online, it is 15.05 total for the carne asada tacos. If I go in person, I am charged 15.65 total. I also tip on top of that since they give you a paper with +tip to sign so it ends up being a fair amount more.

Amazing food! And you don't have to search ALL around town for Aguas Frescas! They have them in one spot everyday!

Best birria tacos I've had in a while. Flavorful entree and sauces to go with the tacos. Nice atmosphere and nice staff!

I went to Nopal on a Tuesday evening after work with some colleagues. Taco Tuesday was in full effect and I got four tacos for $3.50 each: pork belly, pescado (breaded white fish), carne asada, and barbacoa. The pork belly was the best of the four. It was tough to choose from their menu, which was an eclectic mix of classic tacos, enchalas, and tortas, but also out of the box items such as the birria noodle bowl and Nopal shrimp scampi plato. The restaurant had a rustic, laid back atmosphere, and our server was very attentive to our large party. I am looking forward to going back soon.

Birria tacos were delicious. Very quick service and full menu. Will definitely be back. Wish their hours went a little later!

Nopal Dos is the food truck location of Nopal down at the food truck park by UF's Innovation Center. I stopped by after a long bike ride downtown on a sunny September afternoon. They had a special on chicken wings so I had that and one of their aguas frescas. The wings were delicious and the raspberry-lemonade agua fresca also. The little food truck park is too cute as well and has ample seating which is perfect if the day is sunny but not too hot. Just a really cool and pleasant little place, really, and the lady at Nopal was super-nice and the food up promptly, too (which isn't a tall order for chicken wings, I know, but still nice).
