I think this is the best seafood in town. Everything’s really fresh. Some people don’t know you they will cook it there for you as well.

Best non-sitdown Fish and Chops in town. Okay, so its not technically fish and chips, its delicious fish, cheesy grits, and hush puppies. It was great a great southern twist on a northern favorite, and part of a friday special. Great staff, very friendly, informative, and quick service. They sell fish by the pound and have a number differnt accessories for cooking/eating seafood. Sauces from sushi to conventional fair and they make their own dips (highly recommend). I will absolutely be back and am very glad to have found this place.

Great seafood. Lots of help. Any questions you have, They can answer them. They usually have 2 types of fresh soup. They've got frozen stuff, they've got ready-to-eat stuff. They've got dips. STUFF to make sushi. They have everything you need from the tools to cook with and the food. It's a great place to stop in. Fyi the stone crabs r amazing. Never had anything there that was bad

Terrible!!! Terrible experience…first man infront offering samples,,, gave him a compliment on his food and he brushed me off like I wasn't crap!!!..then inside I’m asking the worker the size of clams they have he brushes me off then finally responded horribly…there customer service is horrible and all I was trying to do was buy some seafood for my family for Christmas…thank u for the terrible Christmas Eve experience 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

I had a Fried Lobster Po’ Boy and Fries for 15.99 and its was the best seafood i have had in a long time and what a deal. Their food is an insanely good deal! Support this Gainesville Institution!

Picked up some Swordfish yesterday and grilled today, fresh, delicious, great cuts!
Definitely one of our favorites from there.

Stopped here before the Gators game and was perfect. Great atmosphere with all kinds of food options. We had grouper sandwich and fish and chips.

I don't I've in Gainesville but when I visit and want seafood, there is no other option. They have all the advice you could ask for if you're unsure about any aspect of your shopping and cooking method.

Just found this hidden gem yesterday! Homemade NE Clam chowder is insane good! Wide variety of super fresh fish & wild caught shellfish. Highly recommend this fish market

Disappointed.
I ordered online a blackened Grouper sandwich, I always thought when you put any food in a skillet and oil is also fried food. But that’s not the case here. What I got was he battered grouper deep fried instead of blackened grilled sandwich. They had my phone number, somebody could have called me and asked me exactly what I wanted to make the order right.
