Minestone was different everytime I ordered it. There is no consistency with the food. I ordered the rigatoni w/creamy mushroom and it had very little sauce, some noodles were cold. The minestrone first bowl was exactly how it's supposed to be, the 2nd bowl was NOTHING but beans(no noodles, no tomatoes) they need to do better with the consistency...everytime I go, its ALWAYS different.

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service we received. We made a reservation for my mom’s birthday at 7:00 PM for a large group. Even though some guests cancelled, we updated the restaurant, and we still arrived with 11 people while the rest were on their way. The older lady at the host stand refused to seat us because the entire party wasn’t present. I understand that rule because I have worked in a restaurant before, but her customer service skills were completely out the door. While waiting, I heard her tell another host that they were pushing our reservation to 7:30 even though we originally booked for 7:00. We continued waiting until 7:30 and no table had been prepared. By 7:45, still nothing, even though three more guests were on their way. As I was translating for my family, she spoke to me with a very dismissive and disrespectful tone that she did not use with other customers. The delay is the least of my concerns but her attitude was rude, unprofessional, and made us feel unwelcome, especially on my mom’s birthday. After all that waiting and poor treatment, we decided to leave. Second time here and nothing has improved.

My friend ordered food to take home and he stepped outside for a minute, the staff locked the doors and he knocked to ask the workers about it for 5 straight minutes the workers ignored him, now he has to request for a refund

1. No soup bowls for the Veteran special menu. When we got soup to go, it was the wrong soup, not chicken gnocchi. 2. I had to order something else since the soup bowls weren’t available. I ordered ravioli but got chicken parm. 3. The salad had very little dressing and I had to ask for a side of dressing. 4. The breadsticks had very little butter and garlic - dry and flavorless. 5. The seafood Alfredo wasn’t hat good and at 23.00 a plate, that’s a problem. The server was the only saving grace and I really felt sorry for him. It was a total disaster for us and pretty much everyone around us who all of the large parties who were waiting for soup. It was so chaotic and the quality of the food was the worst we’ve ever had from there. Olive Garden used to have the best Veteran meal offered by any other restaurant in town. Texas Roadhouse being the runner up. Y’all need to do better and I think I deserve a refund even though it was only $30.00.

Although I’m not a veteran, the place was full today. There was a veteran’s special. I got the z”Endless Bowl” with soup and fresh garlic bread. The service from the hostess to the food runner was excellent.

This was supposed to be my lunch but will end up being both lunch and my dinner. I had a cup of coffee to perk me up afterwards that hit the spot.

Outstanding value! Olive Garden earned a new regular today!!!

Went there with my wife for a late lunch ordered the seafood Alfredo took 30 minutes for them to bring the food out and when they brought my food out, my scallops and shrimp were burnt! The scallops were half black! How in the hell could the waitress even bring that out to somebody?

We went for the calamari, but they were out. Not all lost, the patsa was wonderful and so was Brittany. She was our waitress and I am allergic to cheese she was sooo helpful and wanted to make sure I didn't end up in the hospital from all the cheese dishes at this restaurant. We chose it for the calamari and they were out, soo pasta and endless salad. we also had a shrimp appetizer which was great. So we will have to come back again for some calamari. See yah soon
