Opus Coffee - UF Health Medical Plaza

What happened?! At 8 am, the croissant was so small, hard on the outside and barely edible. Looked like Cresent roll from pop and fresh. And your curry chicken Salad was awful. Looked like half was missing. Since it's easier to eat here then leave you've always been a great option but this was the worst ever.

I got a smoothie...it don't taste like real fruit. It's like liquid strawberry jelly.

Coffee is good but every single table inside and outside was dirty.

Opus Coffee is great and the Pastries are Fantastic. Service is fast and friendly.

I love Opus Coffee! The staff has always been friendly and their coffee is much tastier than Starbucks or Dunkin. They have tons of syrup options for your tea or coffee and a rotating menu of fun seasonal drinks. Today I had a blueberry lemon scone bursting with fresh blueberries and an iced strawberry rose white mocha latte. Delicious. Stopping at Opus is a nice pick-me-up after an appointment.

Normally the girls at opus spring hill are great but this morning was less than ideal I get the same thing every morning but this morning it was a awful experience. My cup was over filled dripping down my cup and tasted nothing like it normally does I was super disappointed

Ipped by opus coffee Med Plaza the guy who took my order. The Red hair lady mess my order up I ordered was a frozen Carmel letter. When she was done making the frozen drink she gets a cup and field it up ice cubes then bring the drink to me. I asked her why shePoured the frozen drink over a cup of ice. She then to telling that she had not done that. I said I watched you do it and said that. I cup of ice was for someone else. I had to tell her I wanted redoneI had to request it 3 to 4 times to get the right latter.Very bad service !Bp

Unfriendly and rude staff. Enough that I seeked this place down on the web to complain. The coffee was fine but after my interaction I felt like I shouldn't drink it. The girl at the counter at 930am this morning was awful.

We visited the location inside Shands Hospital and the staff was so friendly and the coffee was amazing!! The Mayan iced coffee was the best coffee I have had in a while! Will definitely be visiting again when we come back to Shands for the next appointment!!

Unfriendly staff with a can’t do attitude. At 9 A, only had 1 choice of muffin which was very dry with no taste. Was not fresh, very dry with no flavor. probably not made that day. Poor food variety. Don’t heat ur food when requested. Clerk coldly sent me to the community microwave in the cafeteria which is shared with Subway. Deplorable atmosphere, very unwelcoming. Hot Coffee was served tepid. This experience happened many times In the past.

Love all Opus locations! Their coffee is great, and they offer a great variety of specialty drinks. I especially love the new airstream. It’s a convenient location and always fast. Angela is especially helpful if I have any questions about new drinks/new brews I haven’t tried. A Gainesville staple!

I absolutely love opus coffee! Every time I go the workers are super helpful and very knowledgeable! Each location you go to gives off a great atmosphere where you can enjoy your coffee, tea, or snack!

Opus coffee has such a great variety of options for any kind of craving you might have. The staff is always competent and friendly, willing to answer any questions you might have. Highly recommend going to any of the Opus locations! Also, the best secret is some of the locations have truly delicious sandwiches to make any lunch a better experience. Will be back soon!
