One of my favorite stops in Gainesville to drink a cup of coffee and relax. If the Costa Rican Cooler is on the menu when you go I highly recommend it! Very refreshing and unique beverage. All of the employees are very kind.

Opus is a great place to have a good cup of coffee and chill. all of their seating is outdoors.
This location is in a food park near the UF. You can walk to the campus in under 15 minutes. I have done that when I don't want to move my car from a sweet spot.
When the food park is busy, parking is scarce. They don't have many spots. Yet another reason to walk if you are on campus.

Loved my coffee and pastries I got. The staff helped with me selecting a drink and were spot on I got the horchata latte and would go back to get that or any coffee
Definitely a place I’d go to have coffee with a friend outdoor setting and seating.

Opus is my favorite local coffee spot in Gainesville. And I have been to them all. Coffee is rich, espresso strong, and they know how to make some foam. All of the baristas are great. Caroline and Austin, in particular, truly brighten my day. I would go mad for some exciting new iced espresso drinks. They could take a look at The Nitro Brew in RI for some inspiration. For example, bring on the iced black cherry chocolate chip latte! Also, some attention to latte art (or doing pretty drizzles in the clear ice coffee cups) would definitely take things to another level. Love this place!

Screwed up my order twice yesterday. Not happy. Liked it in the past, but doubt I'll go back now; there are too many options. Plus, all specialty coffee is an overprices luxury. Whay pay to get something the facility no longer seems able to make?

Middle of the road specialty coffee shop. This airstream food truck located in a cute strip mall/ food garden offers a wide selection of sweet specialty drinks with their own freshly roasted coffee. Friendly staff provided good service but couldn’t answer our coffee snob questions about the country the beans were sourced from.

I ordered a ham and cheese croissant and the server forgot to warm it up. When I asked for the baked good to be warmed. I was told by the staff it couldn’t be due to fact that I handled the bag. Although, it was never opened and I never left the counter area. I was within all 3 employees sight. Why isn’t it a standard practice to warm up baked goods or inquire with customer if they would like to do so. Sadly, the manager appointed has no problem solving skills and proceeded to only offer an apology for his staff’s error. He could’ve simply rectified the situation by throwing the cold pastry away and offering to warm another pastry to exhibit good customer service. Do yourself a favor and go to Dunkin Donuts. Simply do better Opus.
