Normally the girls at opus spring hill are great but this morning was less than ideal I get the same thing every morning but this morning it was a awful experience. My cup was over filled dripping down my cup and tasted nothing like it normally does I was super disappointed
We visited the location inside Shands Hospital and the staff was so friendly and the coffee was amazing!! The Mayan iced coffee was the best coffee I have had in a while! Will definitely be visiting again when we come back to Shands for the next appointment!!
Usually decent coffee but it's irritating that one feels obligated to tip for someone getting you a cup of coffee. There is a cup right in front of you for tipping and if you use a credit card a pop up on the CC reader gives you suggestions for a tip. Puts customers on the spot. I try to get my coffee elsewhere despite the convenience of OPUS at the hospital.
