PAMPY'S CUBAN BAKERY

I hate making negative reviews on here, but the other reviews were so misleading. I ordered from DoorDash. My traditional Cuban sandwich came to me with barely any meat, pickles, or mustard. I was really disappointed at the quality, and looking forward to an authentic Cuban sandwich. The Picadillo was very disappointing as well. It lacked flavor, and it came with salad on top of it? It was essentially comparable to taco meat with salad on a bed of rice. It is very gross. I was raised in Tampa, and my grandfather is Cuban, maybe because I've had authentic Cuban food I had high expectations, but either way it fell very very short. I'm adding a picture of what the other half of the sandwich looked like when I put the meat from both sides together. I'm also adding a photo of the picadillo and salad. You can see from the rice that there wasn't any picadillo sauce because it is almost still white underneath.

One of the best Cuban sandwiches in N. Florida. I also recommend Tres Leches. It was delicious! And I can't forget to mention the owner. She is such a sweetheart. I can't wait to go back.

I would give this place 10 stars if I could. Went there with the fam to get breakfast and coffee. The woman running the store was super sweet. All the pastries we had were some of the best in Gainesville. The Cuban coffee was fantastic as well, definitely full strength lol. She also makes the best homemade jams. Please support this local business, a hidden treasure in Gainesville.

The food is fantastic. We went there for weekend brunch. The sandwiches are authentic Cuban. Our new favorite restaurant.

My daughter and I ate inside the bakery. Great food, good quality, ladies are amazing. I had the Cuban sandwich, Cafe con Leche and a flan pastry. Great food and service with a smile. They have free Wi-Fi. The location is perfect for students. Close to UF!!

Very very clean place! Love their food. This place is the definition of a hidden gem, didn't see this place right away because it's blended in with the rest of buildings but it's a wonderful place. It smells good, feels cool inside, and has a very quiet atmosphere. ♡♡

The cake tasted boxed, but my canoli wasn't filled at all in the center. They made it look full, but only filled the spots that were showing, like 1/3 the filling it could have held. Tasted good though, but was only two bites, so definitely not worth it
