Food and drinks were excellent as usual but what inspired the review was the service. A manager behind the counter saw that I was struggling to carry my stuff and came out and gave me a different carry bag as well as a drink carrier. It wasn't that big of a deal but things like that make a huge difference. Thanks to him I didn't drop everything because I was too stubborn to ask. Thanks!

The cashier(panda) was not the best, definitely chose who she was going to treat with the good customer service and who she wasn't.. did not seem to listen to the customer, said i was ordering a variety of bagels for my staff,, asked if it was for dine in...then asked if I needed help using the cc pad to check out... District Manager saved it, was very helpful and courteous... First time visiting, not sure about another...

There's regularly an issue at this location, from employees having an attitude to things forgotten in orders. Should I have checked my bag before driving away? Absolutely, so this is partially on me. But, I'm just curious, how do they miss a spoon, napkins, and a baguette? So frustrated and can't leave a direct review on the site for this location. It makes why the girl hesitated on giving me my receipt. Didn't even ask for my rewards at the window.

Mahalia and team are absolutely amazing. Was feeling kinda down today, but her and her team noticed this and immediately stepped into action and made me smile. They truly care about your experience and mood when you are near them and it's wonderful. Keep it up team!

Our order taker and cashier was Christian and he was wonderful. But The French onion soup was pretty tasteless. MY friend and I both ordered cheese steak sandwiches and the bread was very chewy and tough. There was not much steak but on either sandwich but there was a big lump of chewy, tough meat which had to be cut and it still tore my bread apart.
What was good? Broccoli cheese soup was yummy!
