This is the nastiest papa John’s in Gainesville. Food was cold and disgusting. Went inside the building snd had mildew and mold in the bathroom . Not sanitary

I have no idea why some of the reviews are saying very badly about this place. I went here yesterday night to order and everyone was super friendly and nice. It took less than 15 minutes for my pizza to be ready for pick up. The food was absolutely delicious. Papa Johns is my favorite pizza brand and I'm grateful for their awesome service and food. And thank you for wishing me a happy birthday <3

Came in for lunch and ordered a pizza. Employees proceeded to make the entire pie without gloves. They picked up the phone twice during my order and went back to making my pizza without washing their hands or wearing gloves. Doesn’t stop there. One of the employees touched his face (nose, mouth, etc.) at least 4 times while making my pizza using the same, gloveless hand. Absolutely gross. Never going back there again.

The epic staff crust pizza was terrible, it was nothing like the commercial and was way too expensive, I will not recommended to anyone, the cheese in the crust was cold, the extra garlic sacude that I purchased was busted and leaked all over the car. Papa Johns will not see me again, I will stick with Pizza Hut…

To quote my children, this is the best pizza in the world. Management and staff are friendly and efficient. They are masters of their craft and go above and beyond satisfy their customers. Speedy delivery friendly delivery drivers.

Horrible customer service. We ordered a pizza and waited for more than 80 mins and the order wasn’t delivered. We called the store a couple of times to confirm about this and they said the driver was on the way. But the pizza never arrived.At 11pm when we did not get the pizza we called them up again and the manager nonchalantly says he can’t do anything about it and the store is closed and he will refund the money. At this time of the day he left us hanging without any food. Ridiculous!

The best pizza

Horrible customer service! The employees their force you to place your order for delivery instead of carryout. Which makes no sense. I'm not going to pay extra for delivery when I'm literally less than 5 minutes away. Extremely don't recommend going to this location.
