Super awesome delivery. I finished mowing and left a note outside asking him to leave it on the front porch. The last thing I expected was a reply on the note saying that my lawn looked great! Made my day!

Also, I've always ordered from this Papa John's (usually carry-out), but I've always had a smooth experience here.

ZERO STARS! HORRIBLE SERVICE BY THE MANAGER DJ!! She is rude. Not customer friendly and the pizza is horrible. Do not order from here. Go to another pizza shop. We didn’t get to have dinner and she REFUSED to give us a credit!! Unacceptable!!! There are several reviews of this nature and apparently the GM Albert is either aware and doesn’t care of the service that is being provided here !

I have no problems with this location. It's not far from me, so the carryout deal is awesome for when you've worked all day and just dont feel like cooking. Staff has always been attentive and my order is always correct and good. Only complaint is the location is in a busy area, but that's not their fault.

I picked up our online order and had purchased the pepperoni pizza, bacon pizza, and garlic bread sticks. The place was a bit on the dirty side, and had an odd smell in the building. The staff were quick to greet me and friendly. The bread sticks are out of this world, and so flavorful. The pizzas we received on the other hand were skimped on for the meat toppings. I would be back for bread sticks just because of how good they were 😂

This is the nastiest papa John’s in Gainesville. Food was cold and disgusting. Went inside the building snd had mildew and mold in the bathroom . Not sanitary

I have no idea why some of the reviews are saying very badly about this place. I went here yesterday night to order and everyone was super friendly and nice. It took less than 15 minutes for my pizza to be ready for pick up. The food was absolutely delicious. Papa Johns is my favorite pizza brand and I'm grateful for their awesome service and food. And thank you for wishing me a happy birthday <3
