The epic staff crust pizza was terrible, it was nothing like the commercial and was way too expensive, I will not recommended to anyone, the cheese in the crust was cold, the extra garlic sacude that I purchased was busted and leaked all over the car. Papa Johns will not see me again, I will stick with Pizza Hut…

Horrible customer service. We ordered a pizza and waited for more than 80 mins and the order wasn’t delivered. We called the store a couple of times to confirm about this and they said the driver was on the way. But the pizza never arrived.At 11pm when we did not get the pizza we called them up again and the manager nonchalantly says he can’t do anything about it and the store is closed and he will refund the money. At this time of the day he left us hanging without any food. Ridiculous!

Horrible customer service! The employees their force you to place your order for delivery instead of carryout. Which makes no sense. I'm not going to pay extra for delivery when I'm literally less than 5 minutes away. Extremely don't recommend going to this location.

I called them for a carry out order and I was in the parking lot one of their employees was arguing with me about which store I called, asked me to check the address, and when I confirmed it was the same they hung up. Ruined my whole appetite

I'm sorry, but this is not pizza. It is awful. People who like this I suppose have never had real pizza. My SO is from Florida so he thinks it is fine and has ordered it a few times. The last time he ordered it I couldn't take it anymore and begged him to please never ever order it again. Not only is it gross, the grossest of the chain pizza stores, but it is always lukewarm. It's so gross I'd rather throw away the pizza and eat the box.

Order at 5:45 on a week night and was ready within 20 minutes for pick up. Asked for extra Alfredo sauce and received it, the chicken and tomato on the Alfredo pepperoni stuffed crust was really good. The BBQ chicken with onions and pineapple was really good and not gross like others stated. Would recommend this Papa John's
Terrible customer service. After not going to Papa Johns for awhile because of incorrect orders, I decided to give them another chance. Asked for light cheese as I can't have much and they put on what looks like extra. The large pizza is advertised as 14" but is clearly isn't. The only good thing was the breadsticks, they were great. I contacted the store about the pizza twice and was ready to bring it back but no response for days. Ended up removing it from the fridge and throwing it out. Ended up getting an email awhile later saying I'd be refunded, which never happened.Spoke to the manager, Albert I believe and he promised he would give me a call back in a day or two for a refund or credit after speaking to his manager and then never called me back. Don't go here. Terrible service. Go to five star or piesanos instead.

One star is too many. Avoid this store if you care about getting edible food. The driver left two pizzas at the door on the ground without notification. Pizzas were ant covered and inedible. Manager has absolutely no people skills and refused to bring out edible pizzas.

I ordered delivery. They ignored my directions and dropped it off on my front porch. By the time I called for status update on my order and was told it had been left on the ground outside my door it was covered in ants. Employees were quick to refund the order but did not replace the meal, which is what I wanted per their quality guarantee.
